In der Geschichte des Etna ist der Ausbruch von 1614 legendär, denn er dauerte zehn Jahre und ist damit bis dato die längste aufgezeichnete Eruption des bis heute aktiven Vulkans. Ein sehr eindrucksvoller und treffender Name für Planetas Etna-Serie ebensolcher beeindruckender Weine.

Riesling vom Etna? Anfänglich ein Experiment, zugegebenermaßen. Aber es darf wahrlich als gelungen bezeichnet werden: der neuste Spross von Planetas Etna-Familie mit zart-blasser Farbe mit grünen Reflexen; in der Nase mit einer großen Vielfalt an Aromen, wie weißer Apfel, Pflaume, Zitrone und gelben Blumen.
