      Buttafuoco dell'Oltrepò Pavese is a red DOC wine whose production is permitted exclusively in the province of Pavia. The grapes grow on well exposed and often very steep slopes in a small hilly area of eastern Oltrepò Pavese, which corresponds to the territory of seven municipalities: Canneto Pavese, Castana, Montescano, Cigognola, Pietra de' Giorgi, Broni and Stradella.

      Deep ruby red colour. On the nose it has strong vinous notes of red fruits with hints of violets and cooked plum and young wood. On the palate it is full of harmony and freshness, very drinkable. A fantastically structured and dry companion of light summer dishes with light meat. SUPERIORE.DE
