      Bertanis Ripasso is a true classic. The grapes come from the hills around Valpantena and from the direct Valpolicella Classico area. The production at Bertani is carried out according to the traditional method: The young Valpolicella wine, already fermented, is mixed with the skins, which are now naturally dried, giving it a richer and more concentrated aroma. It then undergoes a second so-called "ripasso" fermentation, which is triggered by the yeasts still present in the shells.

      Intense purple with violet reflections. In the bouquet numerous dark red fruits like blackberry, currant and ripe cherry. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste, which with the slightly increased residual sweetness gives an exciting yet dry impression. Velvety and balanced, with a rather long aftertaste.
