The grapes for Vigna Pedale come from vines that are over 30 years old. The vines are planted in a small tree system, which allows only a few grapes per vine. The harvest does not begin until mid-October, very unusual for a site this far south. Purple dark red. Spicy scent of cherries, thyme, wild mushrooms and earth, the typical, genuine taste is powerful and concentrated with subtle sweetness. The main focus is on autochthonous Italian wines and their vines, which have been cultivated on the peninsula for over 300 years. is Vinibuonibased on a selection procedure for exceptional efforts and transparency in viticulture and viniculture.
