“La Manina” Bianco Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2022 (BIO)
"La Manina - young generation. Fresh and cheerful, upbeat and yet always carefree. A wine for people of today." Michael Graf Goëss-Enzenberg, Manincor Winery
The elegant and sophisticated form of the light summer wine: with La Manina, Manincor once again manages to combine the expectedly high standards and drinking fluency. Fruity of quince, lychee and pink grapefruit, followed by a fresh herbaceousness with sage and mint. A wine that can hardly be surpassed in terms of drinkability - and all in the proven Manincor style. SUPERIORE.DE

“der Keil” Vernatsch Lago di Caldaro DOC 2021 (BIO)
"Back to the origin. Uncomplicated and charming, fruity and elegant and that in incorruptible quality, that's how we understand the wine for which the world thinks it knows us." Michael Graf Goëss-Enzenberg, Manincor Winery
Kalterersee Classico from old Vernatsch vines of various varieties from a south-facing slope with a lake view called Keil. Bright, light ruby, finely fruity bouquet of cherries and roasted almonds, juicy and easy-drinking on the palate with an elegant finish. SUPERIORE.DE
"Very fresh cherry, strawberry, red-rose and almond aromas pour from the glass of this extremely charming light red, which has surprising depth on the very supple mid-palate. Just a hint of soft tannin at the crisp but harmonious finish." James Suckling
"Winemaker Helmuth Zozin aims for a sensual, aromatic style that underscores pleasure and drinkability. 100% Schiava grapes are fermented in open-top conical wooden vats with one week’s skin contact, followed by a further 10 months’ maturation in botte. Tremendously fresh, it displays aromas of cherry and aniseed, and a supple, savoury palate with a lightly floral finish. Could stand a few more years in bottle." Decanter

“Cassiano” Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2020 (BIO)
"The art of composition. Six great red varieties from our best sites subtly play together in this wine: Character and individuality paired with festivity and elegance." Michael Graf Goëss-Enzenberg, Manincor Winery
Rich, dark garnet with a delicately brightening rim. Elegant cuvée exuding a dense and promising bouquet of cassis, rose petals and black cherries. Medium-bodied and well-proportioned on the palate, elegant, multi-layered and impressively long on the finish with aromas of dark red fruits and spices. SUPERIORE.DE
"Dark ruby red with purple reflections. Powerful, fresh and direct on the nose, of ripe blackberry, blackcurrant, accompanied by peppery notes, tobacco and freshly roasted coffee. Stretches out smoothly on the palate, with powerfully woven tannin, plenty of pull and pressure into the lingering final." Falstaff
"The 2020 Cassiano lifts from the glass with a mix of brambly wild berries, dusty roses and mentholated herbs. It’s round and supple on the plate, with pepper-tinged red fruits and inner florals cascading throughout. There’s ample concentration and spicy character here, as the 2020 finishes long with lavender, clove and sour citrus hints. This is intense, yet only lightly structured, requiring just a short stay in the cellar to show its best." Vinous
"The full nose of wild blackberries, liquorice and allspice draws you into this generous and quite fleshy South Tyrolean red wine, which has a perfect balance of powdery tannins and richness. A little touch of bitterness highlights the long, spicy and textured finish." James Suckling

"The 2020 Mason di Mason seduces with aromas of foreign spices, cedar, curry leaves, crushed stones and dried black cherries. This is pure class, silky and supple, with a core of mineral red fruit and vibrant acidity that keeps the energy up. The 2020 finishes with a concentrated and remarkably long finish of blood orange and tart raspberry notes that fills the cheeks. It could do with a short stay in the cellar to mature a little more. Mason di Mason is the cru in Manincor's Cru Pinot Noir, sourced from the oldest vines in the Mazon vineyard." Vinous
"This wine is very aromatic, with a very pure fruit, with notes of pink rose, blood orange and potpourri. Also some iodine. Medium to full-bodied with lots of tension and mouth-filling juiciness. The tannins are supple and blend with the fruit. Delicious and long. Beautifully made." James Suckling

Sustainable and ecological management in close connection with expressive regional wines - this is, so to speak, the creed of the Counts Enzenberg. Michael and Sophie Goëss-Enzenberg have been working uncompromisingly to achieve their ambitious and top-quality goals since they took over the more than 400-year-old Manincor winery in 1996, which is beautifully situated on a gentle hill above Lake Caldaro. With 50 hectares of vineyards, the winery is the largest winery in South Tyrol that exclusively processes its own grapes.
In 2005 Manincor started to work biodynamically. Two years later, the winegrowers and their colleagues founded the group "Respekt" in order - as it says - "to find a sustainable way to authentic quality with like-minded people". Since the 2009 vintage, the family business has been completely certified in accordance with EU organic guidelines and by the Demeter Association.
The Manincor Winery combines tradition and modernity in a unique and extremely consistent way. The almost invisible new wine cellar, which was completed in 2004, is an architectural masterpiece and one of the top locations. Around 3,000 square metres of space on three underground floors offer ample space for large wooden barrels, barriques, fermentation containers, stainless steel tanks and presses as well as for the bottling plant and bottle storage. Thanks to the charismatic cellar master and estate director Helmuth Zozin, a luminary in the wine world and a connoisseur of the biodynamic production philosophy, the vineyards and cellars are always up to date.
The fine, elegant drops from the northern Italian wine house are of impressive contour and clarity. Count Goëss-Enzenberg, also president of the Association of Independent Wine Growers of South Tyrol, divides the range of his wines into three lines: Hand, heart and crown. Connoisseurs attest the whites a unique refined elegance and naturalness, the reds are classified as unmistakable in their character. More and more, Manincor's noble wines are being appreciated for their high awards and best ratings in wine guides and trade journals. Thus, Slow Winethe winery regularly awards with the snail (Chiocciola), which stands for characteristics such as good, clean and genuine. The Gambero Rossocompany received the Special Award "Sustainable Winery of the Year 2016". The Goëss-Enzenberg family has defined the most important goals for the coming years as follows: they want to become as energy self-sufficient as possible and continue to work at full speed on biodiversity. "Owner Michael Goëss-Enzenberg and director Helmuth Zozin have found a common denominator in the cellar: Respect for nature and respect for biodynamic principles without ifs or buts." Gambero Rosso
