The grapes for the Cipressi come from the best vineyards of the in-house winery La Court in the noble DOCG Nice. On the nose, complex aromas of dark red, plump, juicy cherries, finest spices and black forest berries. In the mouth, polished, dense and very fruity. The Collina di Rovereto have always been considered the historic Gavi Grand Cru of the Gavi commune, the microclimate there is unique due to the influence of the sea winds and the proximity of the Apennines.
