    General Information

    A word about the prices: Everything at SUPERIORE.DE is transparent and tax compliant with EU regulations.

    Our prices are inclusive of the German value added tax (VAT) and, if applicable, plus shipping costs. If you change the invoicing country within the EU, the value added tax (VAT) currently levied there applies. Therefore the gross prices can change after input of your invoice address. Any compulsory excise duties (VerbrSt) (only applicable to DK, FI and SE) are shown separately in the shopping basket and lead to an increase in the total purchase price. We will pay the value added tax (VAT) and any excise duty (VerbrSt) to the relevant authorities in your country on your behalf.

    For deliveries to other EU countries AND if a current VAT ID number and proven commercial activity of the invoice recipient is available, we deliver net without the respective VAT. Please contact us in advance at for further information.

    If you deliver to a third country (CH/IS/LI/UK), the respective VAT is not applicable and you buy at net prices. Please note that VAT (CH/IS/LI/UK) and, if applicable, alcohol will be charged on receipt by the local deliverer.

    The shipping costs are automatically shown in your shopping cart after registration or after step 2 of the checkout process, depending on the quantity and country of delivery.     SUPERIORE.DE carries the bevh-Euro label. What's in it for me?

    The bevh-Euro certificate confirms that the shop has been successfully certified by the Bundesverband des Deutschen Versandhandels e.V. (Federal Association of the German Mail Order Trade) and is therefore allowed to carry the seal of approval in the shop. SUPERIORE.DE bears the EHI Certified Online Shop seal of approval. In order to receive this seal, we are regularly checked by EHI Retail Institute GmbH for compliance with the criteria of the EHI Code of Conduct. The certification guarantees in particular:

    • a transparent ordering process
    • complete information about costs, purchase contract, delivery, etc.

    Is every product I find on SUPERIORE.DE immediately available?

    Everything you like about SUPERIORE.DE can be shipped to you immediately - because we have it in stock. If only small quantities of an article are still available, we will mark it with a yellow dot (less than 25 pieces) or we will announce the current number of pieces (the information will be given from a still deliverable quantity of less than 13 pieces).

    I'd like to order a single bottle. Is there a minimum turnover?

    Of course you can also order only one bottle from us and of course you can sort your orders from single bottles as you wish. At SUPERIORE.DE there is no minimum order value and no sorting regulations.

    Can I also send my order by e-mail or fax to SUPERIORE.DE?

    We would like to make your order as easy and convenient as possible. That is why we have optimized our shop for ease of use and a fast and secure ordering process. Unfortunately, we cannot technically process your order by e-mail, fax or telephone.

    Always up to date with the SUPERIORE.DE newsletter. How do I register?

    We are pleased to be able to inform you and do not want to "just" bother you with advertising. And we make it as easy as possible for you: If you register for our newsletter, you will be the first to know about current assortment changes, offers and strictly limited rarities. And that maximum twice a week. You will receive a text or HTML mail without attachments or downloads. The newsletter is available in German and English, just select your preferred language when registering or in your customer account. 

    Two things are important to us:
    1 The registration takes place here and you do not need a customer account.
    2. unsubscribing is of course just as easy and unproblematic - just click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.


    Is my data in good hands with SUPERIORE.DE?

    The protection of your data is very important to us. In addition: We deal with wine and not with data. Our data protection practice is in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). Your customer data will only and exclusively be used to process the delivery process. Each of your orders and the associated information such as payment data are always transmitted to us using 128-bit encryption (Secure Socket Layer, SSL). Your credit card details will not be stored and will only be used for the transaction in question.

    Four payment methods ? maximum security.

    As a customer you can pay at SUPERIORE.DE conveniently and securely by SEPA direct debit* (not valid for new customers), credit card, PayPal or prepayment. Important to you: Your data is safe because your order and the associated data such as payment data are always transmitted to us using 128-bit encryption (Secure Socket Layer, SSL).

    When paying via SEPA direct debit* (not valid for new customers), your account will be debited after the order has been shipped. If you pay your order in advance, you will receive with the order confirmation all necessary information for payment, we send your goods immediately after receipt of money.

    If you pay for your order by credit card, your data will be additionally protected with the current security procedures Mastercard Secure Code (Mastercard), VerifiedbyVisa (Visacard) and SafeKey (American Express). If you pay for your order with PayPal, your PayPal account will be debited upon completion of the order and your goods will be shipped immediately.

    * Credit rating required: In the course of safeguarding our interests, we expressly reserve the right to conduct spot checks on creditworthiness.     How much does shipping cost?

    SUPERIORE.DE wants you to be able to expect delivery quickly and relaxed. Because these are valuable products and glass bottles, we are not only wine experts but also packaging experts: great care and DHL or UPS certified cardboard packaging ensure maximum security and insurance cover.

    The insured dispatch within Germany costs you up to an order value of 119.99 EUR only 6.95 EUR. From a commodity value of 120.00 EUR we deliver free house in Germany with full insurance protection. After login or registration, the respective shipping costs will be shown. So you know already before the purchase whether and in which height forwarding expenses result. The shipping costs are always inclusive of postage checked packaging and insurance.

    What is the minimum order value for free shipping in Germany?

    From an order value of EUR 120.00 it will be even cheaper for you, because then we deliver within Germany free of shipping costs. And it gets even better: Even from a goods value of EUR 200.00 you receive attractive immediate discounts of a maximum of 6% - find out more here.

    Hello, I like SUPERIORE.DE. Do you also deliver abroad?

    Of course SUPERIORE.DE also delivers to other European countries, as well as to Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and the UK. All delivery countries and the associated shipping costs can be found here.

    I live in Switzerland / Liechtenstein and would like to have my wines delivered to a different address within the EU, what do I have to bear in mind?

    Of course SUPERIORE.DE also delivers to different addresses across borders. To do this, please enter your billing address and the different delivery address in your order. If you subsequently wish to export the goods from the EU, we will refund the German VAT already paid. After exporting the goods, simply send us the original receipt stamped by customs by post.

    I would like to have my order delivered to England / Northern Ireland / Scotland (UK), what do I need to consider?

    We are also happy to deliver your order to England / Northern Ireland / Scotland (UK). Please note the following information:

    • You are purchasing from our shop at net prices (excl. VAT).
    • On receipt of the goods, you will pay UK VAT, customs duties and excise duties to Parcelforce Worldwide.
    • In addition, DHL/Parcelforce Worldwide will charge you a handling fee of currently £ 12.00 per parcel.
    • The current delivery time is approx. 7-14 days.

    I would like to collect my order from you? Is that possible?

    Unfortunately, this is not possible because our warehouse and logistics centre does not have a salesroom. We are a pure online mail order company and can unfortunately not offer you a pick-up service for this reason.

    Can I have my goods delivered to a packing station (DHL) or post office (DHL)?

    Of course you can also have your goods delivered to a packing station or post office: Simply enter your Packstation data or the data of your desired postal branch in step 2 of the ordering process. Please note that only packages up to a maximum size of 60 × 35 × 35 cm can be accepted by your Packstation. This size corresponds to a box of 6. If you order more than 6 bottles, we recommend direct delivery to your address or to a post office of your choice, so that you can be supplied quickly and easily.

    Please also use the DHL Receiver Service, where you can, for example, specify your preferred day, location and neighbours and receive your personal parcel notification by e-mail or SMS.

    Is my order insured?

    Of course, shipments of goods to Germany and abroad are insured by our logistics partners DHL or UPS up to a maximum of 500 EURO per parcel. As soon as the goods value of a parcel is higher, we will have the shipment insured higher and bear the surcharge for you.

    We ship climate neutral with GOGREEN. What's the meaning of this?

    Wine is an ancient cultural achievement and above all: a very special natural product. Active protection of the environment is therefore a matter close to our hearts. Every movement of goods is inevitably associated with CO2 emissions. We cannot prevent this - but we can compensate for it. Therefore, with GOGREEN we ensure climate neutrality, a logistics system that compensates all CO2 emissions caused by shipping through tested and certified climate protection projects. We assume the costs for this contribution to effective climate protection.
