    General Information

    A word about the prices: At SUPERIORE.DE everything is transparent and fiscally EU-compliant.

    Our prices include the German value added tax (VAT) and shipping costs if applicable. If you change the billing country within the EU, the current sales tax (VAT) levied there will apply. Therefore, the gross prices may change after entering your billing address. Any compulsory excise duties (only applies to DK, FI and SE) will be shown separately in the shopping basket and will result in an increase in the total purchase price. We will pay the value added tax (VAT) and any applicable excise duty on your behalf to the relevant authorities in your country.

    For deliveries to other EU countries AND if a current VAT ID number is available and the invoice recipient has a proven commercial activity, we deliver net without the respective VAT. However, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance at kontakt@superiore.de.

    If you deliver to a third country (CH/IS/LI/UK), the respective VAT does not apply and you purchase at net prices. Please note that VAT (CH/IS/LI/UK) and, if applicable, alcohol duty will be charged here on receipt by the local delivery person.

    The shipping costs are automatically displayed in your shopping cart depending on the quantity and delivery country after registration or after step 2 of the checkout process.     SUPERIORE.DE carries the bevh-Euro label. What do I get out of it?

    The bevh-Euro certificate confirms that the shop has been successfully certified by the Bundesverband des Deutschen Versandhandels e.V. (German E-Commerce and Distance Selling Trade Association) and is therefore entitled to display the seal of approval in the shop. SUPERIORE.DE bears the EHI Certified Online Shop seal of approval. To obtain this seal, we are regularly audited by the EHI Retail Institute GmbH for compliance with the criteria of the EHI Code of Conduct. The certification ensures in particular:

    • a transparent ordering process
    • complete information about costs, purchase contract, delivery, etc.
    • the protection of your personal data
    • a neutral complaints procedure through the certification body

    SUPERIORE.DE only enters into contractual relationships with customers of legal age. For this reason, by submitting your order you affirm that you are over 18 years of age. The request for your date of birth during registration is for security and compliance with the Youth Protection Act.

    Shop

    This is how you order at SUPERIORE.DE.

    You order in our shop by going through the following steps.

    1. You place items in your shopping cart without obligation by clicking on the "BUY" button.
    2. You can view all the articles you have placed in your shopping basket by clicking on "CART".
    3. If you would like to buy the articles from your shopping basket, click on "EDIT/ CHECKOUT". This will take you to the ordering process. Here you can also delete items or change the number of items.
    4. As a new customer, register with your e-mail address and a password of your choice and enter your address details.
    5. In the order process, first enter your delivery and payment details.
    6. Before you submit your order, you will receive an overview on the "ORDER SUMMARY" page of all the data of your planned order (in particular billing and delivery address, product, price, quantity, payment method). Here you will be asked to confirm that your details are correct. You can also correct or change your order data here by clicking on the "EDIT" button.
    7. By clicking on the "BUY NOW" button, you send your order to us. By doing so, you are offering us the conclusion of a purchase contract.

    Is every product I find on SUPERIORE.DE available for immediate delivery?

    Everything you like at SUPERIORE.DE can be shipped to you immediately - because we have it in stock. If only small quantities of an item are still available, we mark it with a yellow dot (less than 25 pieces) or we announce the current number of pieces (The information is given when the quantity still available is less than 13 pieces).

    I'd like to order a single bottle. Is there a minimum turnover?

    Of course you can also order only one bottle from us and of course you can sort your orders from single bottles as you wish. At SUPERIORE.DE there is no minimum order value and no sorting regulations.

    Can I also send my order to SUPERIORE.DE by e-mail or fax?

    We want to make ordering as easy and convenient as possible for you. That is why we have optimised our shop for ease of use and a fast and secure ordering process. Unfortunately, we cannot technically process your order by e-mail, fax or telephone.

    Always up to date with the SUPERIORE.DE newsletter. How do I register?

    We are pleased to be able to keep you informed and don't want to "just" bother you with advertising. And we make it as easy as possible for you: If you sign up for our Register newsletter, you will be the first to know about current changes in the range, offers and strictly limited rarities. And we do this no more than twice a week. You will receive a text or HTML e-mail without attachments or downloads. The newsletter is available in German and English, simply select your preferred language when registering or in your customer account.

    Two things are important to us:
    1. registration takes place here and you do not need a customer account for this.
    2. unsubscribing is of course just as easy and unproblematic - with a click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

    What is the fastest way to navigate to my desired product?

    SUPERIORE.DE makes it easy for you - with intuitive navigation through product groups and/or wine regions. You also have various search options: you can use the keyword search or the detailed search to quickly find the product you are looking for.

    The classic search window and the detailed search can be found on all pages at any time in the upper area. The classic "free search": You are looking for a certain drop? Simply enter the name of the winery, the wine name or just a term (e.g. "harmonious") in the free search and our shop will immediately provide you with all relevant results in ascending price. With the convenient "detailed search" you can select up to ten filters that can be combined with each other, such as "type of wine", "price range", "region", "development" and "vintage", and obtain concrete results for your selection. Practical: If, for example, you preset a "region", we will only supply those terms under "wine or grape variety" that are actually used in this region.

    And if you are looking for an ideal companion for your meal, you will of course also find it in the detailed search, from aperitif to dessert. At SUPERIORE.DE you will always find the right wine.

    Payment

    Is my data in good hands with SUPERIORE.DE?

    The protection of your data is very important to us. Furthermore: We trade in wine and not in data. Our data protection practice is in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) as well as the Telemedia Act (TMG). Your customer data is used only and exclusively for the processing of the delivery transaction. Each of your orders and the associated information such as payment data are always transmitted to us using 128 bit encryption (Secure Socket Layer, SSL). Your credit card details are not stored and are only used for the respective transaction.

    Four payment methods - maximum security.

    At SUPERIORE.DE, you can pay conveniently and securely by SEPA direct debit* (does not apply to new customers), credit card, PayPal or prepayment in EUR, depending on your specified place of residence (country of origin). Important for you: Your data is safe because your order and the associated data, such as payment data, are always transmitted to us using 128-bit encryption (Secure Socket Layer, SSL).

    If you pay by SEPA direct debit* (does not apply to new customers), your account will be debited after the order has been dispatched. If you pay for your order in advance, you will receive all the necessary information about payment with the order confirmation and we will dispatch your goods immediately after receipt of payment.

    If you pay for your order by credit card, your data will be additionally protected with the current security procedures Mastercard Secure Code (Mastercard), VerifiedbyVisa (Visacard) and SafeKey (American Express). If you pay for your order with PayPal, your PayPal account will be debited upon completion of the order and your goods will be dispatched immediately.

    *Creditworthiness is a prerequisite: In the course of looking after our interests, we expressly reserve the right to carry out random checks on creditworthiness. For this purpose, we pass on your data to SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5 in Wiesbaden or Verband der Vereine Creditreform e.V., Hellersbergstraße 12 in Neuss.

    Shipping

    What does shipping cost?

    SUPERIORE.DE wants you to be able to expect delivery quickly and relaxed. Because we are dealing with valuable products and glass bottles, we are not only wine experts but also packaging experts: Great care and cardboard boxes certified by DHL or UPS ensure maximum safety and guarantee insurance cover.

    Insured shipping within Germany costs only 6.95 EUR up to an order value of 119.99 EUR. From a value of goods of 120.00 EUR, we deliver free of charge in Germany with full insurance cover. After logging in or registering, the respective shipping costs are shown. This way you know before you buy if and how much shipping costs will be. The shipping costs always include post-tested packaging and insurance.

    What is the minimum order value for free shipping in Germany?

    From an order value of EUR 120.00 onwards, it gets even cheaper for you, because then we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany. And it gets even better: From a value of goods of EUR 200, you receive attractive immediate discounts of up to 10% - find out more here.

    Hello, I like SUPERIORE.DE. Do you also deliver abroad?

    Of course, SUPERIORE.DE also delivers to other European countries, as well as to England / Northern Ireland / Scotland (UK), Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. All delivery countries and the associated shipping costs can be found at here.

    I live in Switzerland / Liechtenstein and would like to have my wines delivered to a different address within the EU, what do I need to consider?

    Of course, SUPERIORE.DE also delivers cross-border to different addresses. To do so, please enter your billing address and the different delivery address when placing your order. If you subsequently wish to export the goods from the EU, we will refund the German VAT already paid. After exporting the goods, simply send us the original receipt stamped by customs by post.

    I would like to have my order delivered to England / Northern Ireland / Scotland (UK), what do I need to consider?

    We are also happy to deliver your order to England / Northern Ireland / Scotland (UK). Please note the following information:

    • You buy from our shop at net prices (excl. VAT).
    • On receipt of the goods, you will pay british import VAT, customs duties and excise duties to DHL/ParcelForce.
    • In addition, DHL/ParcelForce will charge you a handling fee of currently £12.00 per parcel.
    • The current delivery time is approximately 4-7 days.

    I want to have my order delivered to Finland (FI), what should I know?

    We are registered as a distance seller in Finland (tax number FI 2711793-8) and have permission from VERO to deliver sparkling wine and wine to end consumers. Due to the regulations in force since 2023, the excise declaration must now be made BEFORE shipment, which requires a lot of bureaucracy. Therefore, we currently ship orders to Finland only once a week. All orders received by Sunday 12.00 CET will be shipped the following Wednesday. The delivery time is 3-5 days depending on the receipt of the order, the minimum order value is 300.00 € (gross). We kindly ask for your understanding.

    I would like to collect my order from SUPERIORE.DE, what do I need to bear in mind?

    We are happy to make your order available for collection by arrangement and this is how it works:
    1. Please contact us in advance by e-mail so that we can agree on possible requests and payment methods.
    2. You can now conveniently order online at any time from over 3,500 Italian wines and then send us your collection request.
    3. Your order will usually be ready for collection from our air-conditioned warehouse the next working day from 1.00 pm.
    4. We will notify you as soon as the consignment is ready for collection. Our collection times are weekdays from 08:00 - 15:30.

    Can I have my goods delivered to a DHL packing station or DHL post office branch?

    Of course, you can also have your goods delivered to a Packstation or post office: Simply enter your Packstation details or the details of your preferred post office in step 2 of the ordering process. Please note that the box sizes at the Packstation are limited. As a rule, sizes up to a 12-bottle box can be delivered. If you order more than 12 bottles, we recommend direct delivery to your address or to a post office of your choice so that you can be supplied quickly and easily.

    Please also use the DHL recipient service, where you can specify your preferred day, location and neighbours and receive your personal parcel notification by e-mail or text message.

    Is my order insured?

    It goes without saying that shipments of goods to Germany and abroad are insured by our logistics partners DHL and UPS up to a maximum of 500 euros per parcel. As soon as the value of goods of a parcel is higher, we will have the consignment insured at a higher rate and bear the extra charge for you.

    We ship climate-neutral with GOGREEN. What does that mean?

    Wine is an ancient cultural achievement and, above all, a very special natural product. Active protection of the environment is therefore a matter close to our hearts. Every movement of goods inevitably involves CO2 emissions. We cannot prevent this – but we can compensate for it. That is why we ensure climate neutrality with GOGREEN, a logistics system that offsets all CO2 emissions caused by shipping through tested and certified climate protection projects. We bear the costs for this contribution to effective climate protection.
