The Nocellara del Belice region is located in the western province of Trapani in Sicily, where the traditional olive variety the same name grows. Planeta's pure olio from the green, fleshy fruit is produced using the Veronelli method and has a strong and pleasantly balanced flavour with hints of green peppers. The pure olive oil from the Biancolilla variety is produced using the Veronelli method - like all other olive oils from Planeta. This rare extra virgin olive oil comes from Veneto, the trees of the Grignano variety grow around Fittà near Soave. The fruit for this pure and certified organic olive oil is hand-picked and gently cold-pressed. It flows out of the bottle in a rich, golden yellow colour with light green reflections. This fine Olio di Oliva Extra Vergine from Le Cinciole comes from Panzano and exclusively from organic cultivation. Four authentic varieties combine to create a multi-layered flavour: Frantoio, Moraiolo, Corregiolo and Leccino. Once the fruit has reached optimum ripeness, it is carefully harvested by hand and gently cold-pressed in the oil mill within 48 hours.

Olio CampoCorto is the result of years of work and study. It is mainly produced from olives of the Frantoio variety, the most typical and characteristic variety of this region. The olive groves are located among the woods of Badia a Coltibuono in an unspoilt environment. Golden yellow colour with green reflections. A small part of the olive groves around Podere Albereto is reserved exclusively for the production of this very special oil, which is only bottled in very limited quantities (5,000 bottles). The colour of Albereto extra virgin olive oil is an intense emerald green. It has an intense, herbaceous fragrance with notes of asparagus and aromatic herbs such as tarragon and sage. Bright green olive oil from the groves of the Sicilian winery Gulfi. The Hyblean Mountains, also known as Monti Iblei, are home to this extra virgin olive oil from controlled organic cultivation. The olives, mainly of the Tonda Iblea variety, are carefully picked by hand and pressed exclusively by mechanical means.

"There are around 1,500 olive trees on our estate. Many of them are centuries old. And we feel an obligation towards them, a historical memory that flows through our veins today. I would never dare to say that our oil is the best oil in the world. There is no such thing as the best oil in the world. I would say that there are certainly others who look after their trees and their olives like we do, but none who do it more than we do.

Our trees have always been grown organically. They are carefully pruned every two years. The olives are all picked by hand and the day's harvest is pressed every evening. The oil is decanted and naturally clarified until February/March and bottled without filtration. Our volcanic soils give it sweetness, finesse and flavour. Petrolo's organically cultivated olive groves cover around 15 hectares with around 3,000 trees on hilly, loamy and stony soil. Typical regional varieties such as Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo thrive on the terraced cultivation areas. The olive oil is exclusively cold-pressed and gently extracted from the fruit. The blend of the three varieties is reflected in a stimulating, fresh colour. Stimulating tart and green notes on the nose.
