Bertani has been making Rosato since the 1930s. Back when rosé wasn't yet a trend but an everyday wine on Lake Garda, Bertarosé was already on the table. Today it is part of the Velante range, repositioned for an audience seeking freshness and distinctive character. The grapes come from the clay- and limestone-rich hills of the Lake Garda hinterland and from young Valpolicella vineyards: Molinara, Corvina and Rondinella. Guyot training system, 4,500 to 5,000 vines per hectare, harvested in late September. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, with the grapes sorted by variety.

Pale yellow in colour with a silvery sheen in the glass - a fresh start. Subtle notes of grapefruit, green apricot and white flowers on the nose, accompanied by a hint of herbal hay. Passerina, a traditional, indigenous grape variety from central Italy, expresses its fresh, lively side here. Pale straw yellow in the glass with a greenish tinge. The steep slopes of St. Magdalena near Bolzano, between 300 and 350 metres above sea level, are home to this legendary South Tyrolean red wine speciality. The autochthonous Vernatsch grape thrives here in ideal climatic conditions on moraine debris soils facing south and south-east. The cuvée of 90% Vernatsch and 10% Lagrein is vinified by the renowned St. Michael-Eppan winery, which has been one of the leading co-operatives in South Tyrol since 1907. The grapes are hand-picked at the beginning of October and carefully selected. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation before being matured in steel tanks.

The new name Adriaticum also gives Tavignano's pecorino a new identity: 100% pecorino, grown on calcareous hills near Cingoli, less than 50 kilometres from the Adriatic Sea. The wine is matured for six months in stainless steel tanks – cool to preserve structure and freshness. Pale straw yellow in the glass with a silvery sheen. This seductive Goldmuskateller is produced from carefully selected, sun-exposed hillside vineyards around Bolzano at an altitude of 300-550 metres, continuing the centuries-old tradition of this aromatic grape variety in South Tyrol. In the warm, well-ventilated sites, the Moscato Giallo grapes thrive under ideal conditions until the end of September and develop the intense muscat flavour that makes this variety so unmistakable.

This characterful Müller Thurgau, which embodies the cool elegance of South Tyrol's north-easternmost growing region, comes from the high vineyards at the beginning of the Eisack Valley and on the Ritten at an altitude of 600-700 metres. The Isarco Valley, where sunny, warm days follow cool alpine nights, offers ideal conditions for this sophisticated cross between Riesling and Madeleine Royale with its mineral-rich, sandy and gravelly soils. The grape variety, named after the Swiss botanist Hermann Müller from Thurgau, finds the best conditions here on warm hillside terraces with a delicate soil structure. The harsher climate with increasing altitude and the marked differences in temperature give the wine the freshness and variety of flavours that make it so popular.

The fame and Latin name of this legendary wine dates back to the beginning of the 12th century. In the current Est! Est!!! Est!!! Poggio dei Gelsi, Riccardo Cotarella brought all his bravura to bear: he gave it an appetising, aromatic spiciness that is supported by a slender, lively structure. Pale straw yellow in colour.
