Prosecco Superiore La Primavera di Barbara dry shines bright and clear with a fine perlage in the glass. Complex aromas of peach, honeydew melon, jasmine and white pepper. On the palate, sweet fruit flavours are supported by herbal tones and a creamy texture. Great because on the one hand it is so uncomplicated and fragrant, but on the other very energetic and refined. A wonderful interpretation of the Rive di Col San Martino vineyard and, alongside the dry "Cuvée del Fondatore", the undisputed second top Prosecco of the house for us. SUPERIORE.DE

Integral, which means zero dosage or brut nature, celebrated its premiere with the 2018 vintage. And the name says it all: this Prosecco from the core zone of Valdobbiadene is a 100% Glera sparkling wine of unadulterated quality. It is the successful result of years of experimentation to vinify a fruity and complex Prosecco with minimal residual sweetness. Straw yellow colour with crystalline reflections. Light, fine-pored and persistent perlage. Fresh and mineral on the nose, with pronounced notes of white fruit. Dancing, smooth and wonderfully dry on the palate. Prosecco Superiore Rive di Col San Martino grows on the equally named steep slopes of Valdobbiadene. The second top product from the small family winery is Castè Extra Dry, which comes from the old steep slopes on the castle hill and thus got its name. Brilliant pale yellow in colour, with a bouquet of white fruit, a delicate hint of yeast, lemon and herbs. Very typical of the grape variety on the palate with a fine apple and peach flavour, the barely perceptible fruit sweetness is excellently integrated; fine perlage, long-lasting. SUPERIORE.DE

Prosecco del Fondatore Graziano Merotto is the winery's flagship wine – certainly one of the best of its denomination – and a very dry and complex brut from the special slopes of the Rive di Col San Martino. Bright silver-grey with a persistent perlage. Light fruit and flowers on the nose, a fine citrus note on the palate introduces the finesse-rich, exciting mineral flavour with an impressive finish. A small portion of Merotto's top product was held back on the occasion of the winery's fiftieth anniversary celebrations and only came onto the market after more than two years of bottle ageing. Graziano Merotto personally monitored the maturation and development in the bottle over the entire period. The result of this extraordinary anniversary project is a sparkling wine of great complexity, elegance and personality.
