“SANT’AGATA” Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC 2022 secco (BIO)
Ruby red with light violet reflections. Inviting aroma of violets, red currants and wild strawberries. Also delicately fruity on the palate, dry and crisply fresh with lively acidity and finely sparkling perlage. Brings freshness and drinking pleasure to every garden party. Perfect with finger food, sandwiches, prosciutto & co. SUPERIORE.DE
"The 2022 Lambrusco di Sorbara Sant'Agata is a lovely platinum pink color in the glass. It offers a bouquet of wildflowers, crushed apples and ground ginger. It rushes the palate with a creamy wave of tantalizing bubbles, giving way to sour citrus and tart pit fruits. Zesty acidity cleanses the sense as the 2022 finishes a bit short yet impactful." Vinous

"Fine and creamy on the palate, with a rich hint of almond pastry underscoring the bright profile of ripe Honeycrisp apple, mandarin orange zest and white blossoms. Clean, lacy finish." Wine Spectator

“Zero Infinito” Metodo Ancestrale IGT 2022 (BIO)
"Zero Infinito" stands for zero chemical intervention and infinity. Years of research and experimentation led to this extraordinary project, in which the grapes of the fungus-resistant Solaris grape variety are turned into wine without any additives: no treatment in the vineyard, no use of sulphur dioxide, no commercial yeasts, no clarifying agents, no filtering and no antioxidants! The grapes for this sparkling wine made according to the Méthode Ancestrale (Pet Nat) with yeast lees come from the southwest-facing Maso Rella vineyard, located at an altitude of 800 to 900 metres.
Bright yellow with orange reflections. Aromatic bouquet of elderflower and mountain flowers, Golden Delicious, apricot and peach. These aromas are also found in the well-balanced taste. Overall, this extremely independent Frizzante presents itself with impressive purity and freshness. SUPERIORE.DE

Spumante of the extra class in finest organic quality! Bolle di Borro - Sangiovese reinterpreted. For a few years now, Il Borro has been producing a pure Sangiovese sparkling wine using the Champagne method (Metodo Classico). Fragrant, yeasty nose, subtle aromas of small red berries and candied citrus peel. On the palate then bread, brioche, finely chiselled Sangiovese fruit and a wonderfully creamy yet precise, crisp, very long finish. Elegance and finesse in puezza! SUPERIORE.DE
"Brilliant salmon pink. Slightly salty on the nose with notes of toasted hazelnuts, cheese rind and small wild berries. Fine perlage on the palate, well integrated, with fine interplay of crisp acidity and steely fruit, into the long finish." Falstaff
"The 2015 Brut Rosé Bolle di Borro lifts from the glass with a charming mix of fresh rose petals, strawberries and sweet smoke. It's soft textured yet full of zesty energy with wild citrus tones and Sour Patch cherry propelled by vibrant acidity. Hints of candied lemon and lime mingle throughout the spicy finale as the 2015 finishes crisply refreshing. The Bolle di Borro Rose is a sparkling varietal Sangiovese." Vinous
"A lovely Sangiovese made using the champagne method, showing fine bubbles and beautiful fruit. It is medium-bodied with nice density and aromas of strawberries, minerals and stones. Bright finish. Crisp." James Suckling
