Compared to Branu, Limizzani is somewhat lighter and more summery, but also shows the classic Gallura character from north-east Sardinia. Straw yellow in colour with light greenish reflections, the bouquet is fresh and balanced with a fine herbal note. The pure Vermentino Meri is stylish and crisp. Wonderful notes of lemon, honey, orange, pear and apple on the nose. Fresh and lively, but at the same time full and intense. The grapes are cooled in the vineyard immediately after harvest and are protected from oxidation - this allows them to retain their best possible flavour and gives the wine a richer, more complex bouquet. The Carignano and Sangiovese grapes for the Araja come from red, sandy soils from the coastal region. Ruby red with a lush aroma of fruit, light spicy notes and chocolate. The taste is extremely soft and dense with very fine and elegant tannins. SUPERIORE.DE

Karmis, an animating white wine based on Vernaccia, comes from the lower Tirso Valley in the area between Cabras and Baratili - where the climate is typically Mediterranean with mild winters, little rain and very hot, breezy summers. And so its colour is brilliant and deep yellow, the bouquet delicate but persistent with hints of fresh fruit. Soft, full and with good flavour correspondence on the palate. The name Mamaioa (ladybird) stands for happiness and, in this case, unspoilt nature. The vines from which the grapes for this cheerful and very flavoursome red come are cultivated according to strict organic principles on loamy limestone soils.
