“Vigna Pedale” Castel del Monte Riserva DOCG 2016
The grapes for Vigna Pedale come from vines that are over 30 years old. The vines are planted in a small tree system, which allows only a few grapes per vine. The harvest does not begin until mid-October, very unusual for a site this far south. Purple dark red. Spicy scent of cherries, thyme, wild mushrooms and earth, the typical, genuine taste is powerful and concentrated with subtle sweetness. This wine is already a great pleasure, but still has potential for the next years. SUPERIORE.DE

Concentrated ruby red with garnet reflections. To the predominant black cherry and berry scent, the wood contributes very slight hints of roasted coffee. “Irisse” Vermentino Montecucco DOC 2020 (BIO)
Bright yellow organic Vermentino with a small amount of Grechetto. The idea comes from Maurizio Castelli, who also advises the Barberani winery in Umbria.
