If you issue a SEPA individual mandate to us with your order, then we debit the invoiced amount from the account named once the goods have left our warehouse. Please note that in individual cases we restrict payment to other payment methods for certain orders. Please also note that, in the event of a returned direct debit due to insufficient covering funds or an incorrect account number, we must charge a fee of € 5.00 and the SEPA Direct Debit mandate is terminated. Please ensure therefore that there are sufficient covering funds in your account before selecting this method of payment, and check carefully that your bank details (IBAN) are written correctly.
* with good credit standing: In the course of protecting our own interests, we expressly reserve the right to undertake creditworthiness checks on a sample basis. We shall forward your data for this purpose to SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5 in Wiesbaden or the Federation of Credit Reform Associations, registered association, Hellersbergstrasse 12 in Neuss.
If you so wish, we can charge the invoiced amount to your credit card. Your account is usually debited in your credit card company's next billing period. We accept Mastercard, AMEX and VISA. In order to protect our own interests, we reserve the right following careful examination to decline orders made by credit card (e.g. differences between invoice and delivery address, initial or one-off orders over € 500.00, etc.). For security reasons, we also request the credit card verification number which is printed on the back of the card. The card information is not stored following your purchase which means you need to re-enter the information for each order.

We offer this form of payment to all customers from the EU, Switzerland and Lichtenstein, except Denmark, Sweden and Finland. In the order process, choose PayPal under "Pay". You will then be redirected to PayPal, log in with your e-mail and password, and click OK and PAY. After confirming your payment at PayPal, you will be returned to our Onlineshop and you can complete the order.
Cash in advance
We offer this form of payment to all customers from the EU. In this case, you transfer the invoice amounts as stated in our order confirmation (via email) to our account.
