Declaration of Accessibility

    Introduction

SUPERIORE.DE GMBH endeavours to make its online shop at www.superiore.de accessible to all. The aim is to provide all users – regardless of their technical capabilities, limitations or individual abilities – with equal access to our product range and services. We are guided by the requirements of the Accessibility Reinforcement Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz / BFSG) and the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformity level AA.

    Status of compatibility

The page www.superiore.de is currently partially compatible with the above requirements. We are continuously working to improve accessibility and user-friendliness for all people.

    Non-accessible content

Despite all our efforts, not all areas of our online shop are currently fully accessible. This includes in particular:

    • PDF documents (e.g. product information, forms) that are not consistently structured in an accessible way
    • Individual interactive elements that cannot yet be fully operated using the keyboard
    • Partially insufficient contrast of individual design elements

We are already working on improving these points as part of our technical development. The Eye-Able® assistance tool is available to all users for navigation on our pages and can be accessed from all pages of the shop.
