Elegant rosé sparkling wine from Lake Garda made from a harmonious blend of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera vinified in a classic bottle fermentation. Matured on the fine lees for at least 24 months, this brut gains a delicate texture and aromatic depth. Delicate, antique rosé colour with a bright shimmer in the glass. Fine notes of red berries, rose petals and mineral nuances on the nose, underpinned by a hint of salty tension. On the palate, it impresses with its fine, persistent perlage, fruity fullness and lively freshness.
