Demesse Vecchie is named after the village where Olivini has its family seat. The historic part of the vineyard was home to a nunnery in the late 17th century. The addition "vecchie" promises that the grapes for this very complex Lugana come from the estate's oldest vines, some of which are over 50 years old. They are also harvested late and carefully selected, after which they are matured on the fine lees for several months.

Straw yellow with golden reflections. Orange peel, juicy peaches and hints of almond butter on the ripe nose. Full and delicately fruity on the palate, with delicate notes of vanilla and honey, some apricot and banana. Luigi Maffini's Kràtos is an organic wine grown in the foothills of the ancient ruins of Paestum. Tirrenico comes from the west coast of Tuscany. Rich, dark ruby red colour. Rich bouquet of dark fruit, maquis, stone fruit and some fig, hints of flowers and lavender. Fleshy and juicy on the palate, with a fine acid wire and subtle flavours of berries, dried flowers and coffee. The tannins are polished and the final is finely spiced with a full, round finish. "Le Tense" is made from grapes that come exclusively from the Sassella DOCG subzone. During the Swiss rule (1512 - 1797), the best vineyards were "secured" by armed guards and this is how it got its name. They thus became probably the most famous vineyards of the appellation. The selection of the vines produces a wine that expresses the character of the soil: ancient stones and rocks that represent the terroir of Sassella. Nebbiolo from Sassella produces elegant aromas and delicate, harmonious flavours that are typical of Valtellina's alpine reds.

Silky and polished with wild berries, blueberries, bitter almond, crushed rock, ash and mild spice. It has all those ethereal and finely balanced flavours of a Valtellina nebbiolo, but they are presented in a slightly more direct and approachable way. Prosecco Superiore Rive di Col San Martino thrives on the steep slopes of Valdobbiadene that bear the same name. The second top product of the small family winery is Castè Extra Dry, which comes from the old steep slopes on the castle hill and thus received its name. Shiny light yellow, white fruits, a delicate yeast note, lemon and herbs in the bouquet. The Trebbiano and Malvasia Bianca grapes for this exceptional white wine come from the Casanova dell'Aia vineyard in Radda in Chianti, the first 0.2-hectare, calcareous and clayey plot that the family bought and planted in the 1980s and then renewed in 2014. It matures on the fine lees mostly in terracotta amphorae and only a small part remains in stainless steel tanks. Total production per vintage: 2,500 bottles.
