    Vietti captures the soul of Dolcetto in all its unpretentiousness – trevìe (formerly TreVigne) is like a playlist hit that is instantly catchy but lingers in the memory. The grapes come from plots in Monforte, Serralunga and Castiglione Falletto and are fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. Extracted with gentle pumpovers, the wine matures on the fine lees – without wood, without make-up, simply pure purity.

    Vivid purple-red colour in the glass. The nose sends a fresh invitation: Blackberry, raspberry and sour cherry, plus lilac, a hint of blueberry and the small, slightly bitter almond accent that makes Dolcetto so charming. On the palate, the Trevìe delivers what it promises: refreshing fruit, lively acidity and soft, fine-meshed tannins that make you want more. The finish is clear and animating, with a soft, mineral aftertaste that lingers for a long time.
