Luigi Maffini's Kràtos is an organic wine grown in the foothills of the ancient ruins of Paestum. It spends only a short time in steel tanks and is smoky yet fruit-forward, with musky notes of dried apricots, lime zest, crushed stones and sea spray forming its captivating bouquet. On the palate, it is vibrant, soft in texture and packed with zesty citrus and mineral notes, balanced by a core of lively, ripe yellow apples.
