The red Susumaniello grape is said to originate from the nearby Dalmatian coast and is one of the most exciting grape varieties in Puglia today, even though it is rarely vinified as a single variety.

The Susumaniello Askos is a solid red wine with a rich bouquet of red cherries, plums, dark spices and red earth.
