Under the name Askos, Li Veli brings together a project in which long-forgotten, autochthonous grape varieties are rediscovered and cultivated on the ideal terroir selected for them in each case. Re Manfredi is a masterpiece made from the autochthonous Aglianico grape variety. Its label is emblazoned with the coat of arms of the ruling house of Emperor Frederick the Hohenstaufen, who was at home here. Deep ruby red, fragrant, intense and multi-layered bouquet, rich fruit, robust structure, fine tannins and clean, pleasant bitter tones in harmony, very dense, elegant, spicy and complex with a discreet woody tone. The vines for Mediaevum Vernatsch grow in the southern Eisack Valley at the foot of the Schlern massif at around 400-480 metres above sea level. Brilliant, brightening ruby colour. Valpolicella Superiore Case Vecie is made mainly from Corvina and Corvinone grapes. It takes its name from the vineyard of the same name in Grezzana, where the ripening of the grapes is subject to strong temperature fluctuations between day and night: a climatic peculiarity that gives the wine a special spiciness on the nose and a completely unique polyphenol profile. Bertani's Ripasso is a true classic. The grapes come from the hills around Valpantena and from the direct Valpolicella Classico area. The production at Bertani is carried out according to the old traditional method: The young, already fermented Valpolicella wine is blended with the skins, which have dried naturally in the meantime, giving it a richer and more concentrated aroma. It then undergoes a second so-called "ripasso" fermentation, which is triggered by the yeasts that are still sufficiently present in the skins.

Intense purple with violet reflections. On the nose, numerous dark red fruits such as blackberry, currant and ripe cherry. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste, which, with the slightly increased residual sweetness, results in an exciting yet dry impression. Velvety and balanced, with quite a long finish.
