Fine, slightly aromatic Sauvignon with a typically idiosyncratic varietal bouquet reminiscent of nettle and elderberry. The small Maso Michei vineyard, owned by Martin Foradori, supplies the strictly selected grapes for this great Müller Thurgau. The vineyards at an altitude of over 800m have an ideal southern exposure and, with their special microclimate, provide the grapes for a wine of great aromatic depth, which rightly belongs to the best representatives of its grape variety from the Dolomite region. It is only released on the market after a further 12 months of ageing in the bottle and is only produced in the best vintages.

Intense light yellow. Fresh fruits on the nose, including green apple and bitter orange, lime blossom and the notes of nutmeg typical of the grape variety. The vines for this fresh Müller-Thurgau grow under Guyot cultivation on south/south-west facing hillsides at 500 to 800 metres above sea level, on soils consisting of clay as well as weathered porphyry. Rich yellow-green colour, intense aromas of fruit, flowers and light nuttiness.
