“Il Sangiovese” Sangiovese Predappio Romagna DOC 2022 (BIO)
Successful Sangiovese interpretation of the Romagna identity, which is particularly appreciated by wine lovers of slimmer, Burgundian-style wines. Bright, brilliant ruby red colour. Classic, traditional, lively and flavoursome on the palate, but always balanced, elegant and subtle rather than bold. SUPERIORE.DE
"Woodsy aromas of fall alongside spiced cherries and dried roses lift from the glass of this elegant wine. Savory with seemingly endless flavors of black tea, rosemary, dried blackberry and underbrush that meld into the fine and elegant tannins that frame the wine so well that each note of the wine is in harmony. Perfect with your next roasted or earth-driven meal." Wine Enthusiast

“LECLISSE” Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC 2022 secco
A genuine Lambrusco cru from the 15-hectare "Vigna del Cristo" vineyard, which underwent a second fermentation using the Charmat method for 3 months in pressurised tanks. Salmon pink in colour. Smells of pink grapefruit and subtle hints of raspberries. Bold, fresh, lively and dry on the palate - perfect for fans of "zero dosage". Very fine perlage that lasts a long time. Lingers for a long time with fine tart fruit. Ideal as an aperitif, with mussels, oysters and cold fish starters. SUPERIORE.DE
"Delicate aromas of fresh flowers, cherries, McIntosh apple and green herbs open the nose of this elegant sparkling wine. Tart strawberries, cranberries and a hint of vanilla crème give shape to the palate as the gentle perlage acts like silk on the palate." Wine Enthusiast

“Rimosso” Vino Frizzante Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC 2022 secco
The first alcoholic fermentation of the must takes place in steel tanks on the fine lees at a controlled temperature and after a waiting period of at least six months, the wine is bottled. The bottles remain at a constant temperature of 12°C so that the wine can undergo its second fermentation and mature on its own yeasts, which remain at the bottom of the bottle as a light sediment (note: it is not filtered!).
An animating cherry red colour with violet reflections and a yeasty cloudiness due to the lack of filtration. A surprisingly cheeky nose of wild strawberry and redcurrant, very fresh and accessible. The palate is vibrant with lots of raspberry and traces of rhubarb, the exciting interplay is flanked by delicate yeast tones and a wonderfully present acidity and ensures an impressive race and class that only the Lambrusco grandmaster Christian Bellei can conjure up in the bottle! SUPERIORE.DE
"Sparkling, brilliant cherry pink colour with persistent perlage and slight cloudiness. Cool nose of delicate apricots and forest fruits, great lemony components, fresh and fragrant. Very dry on the palate, with a delicate fruity flavour, salty, a little tannin on the finish, full-bodied." Falstaff
"The NV Rimosso is inviting, with a pretty blend of violets, lavender and blueberries. This Rimosso is more striking on the palate, saline and intense, with a chiseled bead of bubbles offset by ripe wild berry fruits. The Rimosso finishes perfumed and long, leaving a liquid floral staining and tactile mineral tones that linger on. Very nice." Vinous

“GROSSO” Metodo Classico Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC 2018 brut
GROSSO is a Blanc de Noirs produced in the classic Champagne method and matures for 24 months on the fine lees. Delicate pink colour and a fine, persistent perlage. Crisp bouquet of violets, citrus peel, nectarine and wild strawberry. On the palate with a nice draught, very straight after red berries. Very well balanced, it prances with fine spicy and impressive freshness into a respectable finish. SUPERIORE.DE
"Brightest, shining copper with golden accents. In the bouquet red currant and wild cranberry, in addition delicate meadow herbs, slightly yeasty. In the taste again distinctly spicy, shows rich melting and winds wiry through the palate, animating in the drink, in the finish finesse-rich and slightly salty." Falstaff

“Christian Bellei” Blanc de Noirs Metodo Classico DOC 2016 brut
When a wine is named after the founder and mastermind of what is probably the most famous and hottest winery in the region around Modena, you should take a closer look, or better yet, reach directly for the bottle. This extraordinary sparkling wine is produced using the Blanc de Noirs method, i.e. a white spumante from red grapes - certainly not an everyday occurrence in the Lambrusco world.
And the result is just as special and high-class: golden colour with greenish reflections, lively and with a fine, infinitely long-lasting perlage. On the nose, delicate white peach, flint, salt, lemon and grapefruit. On the palate, then, crisply vibrant and endowed with an elegant acidity, the subtle fruit sweetness stretches out beautifully and its delicate mousseux gives this exceptional spumante its inimitable structure. The archetype of an aperitif and in its high-class, irresistible drinking flow simply unbeatable good and equal to the great name of the founder! SUPERIORE.DE
"Bright silver with delicate perlage. In the nose at first with a slight reduction, something like flint, ripe lemons, in addition cold smoke and candle wax. On the palate precise, almost cutting, with racy acidity and high draw, makes the tongue click." Falstaff

Metodo Classico Rosé Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC 2017 brut
Here is one of the most serious and at the same time most exciting sparkling wines that can be made from the Sorbara variety!
Pale to dusky pink in colour with a fine foam and accentuated, persistent perlage. The bouquet is almost magical and yet very distinguished, with hints of raspberry and wild strawberry, which is what makes a top-class Lambrusco, but still seems to be an unattainable goal for many local winemakers. A fine acidity on the palate, with delicate, dry bitter notes and an exciting brightening of fruity tones of wild strawberry and pomegranate. The overall impression is bone-dry and the bottled dream of a Lambrusco produced using the Champagne method, which is unrivalled in the wine landscape. SUPERIORE.DE
"Light, bright salmon pink colour. Intense cherry and tangerine flavours on the nose. Opens on the palate with fresh tangerine, gentle perlage and light pressure, shows great acidity, with tension, ends sweet and fruity." Falstaff
"The 2017 Brut Rosé Metodo Classico Lambrusco di Sorbara is airy and spicy in the glass. This is pleasantly round with a pretty inner sweetness to balance its mineral-tinged bubbles and tart orchard fruits. The 2017 finishes remarkably fresh as a residual bump of acidity keeps the mouth watering and hints of sour citrus fade." Vinous

“Godenza” Sangiovese Predappio Romagna DOC 2021 (BIO)
Produced in just 13,000 bottles per vintage, Godenza from the vineyard of the same name seduces with a complex and open-hearted bouquet of aromas of small red berries and spices. On the palate, it is firm and clear with a wonderful balance between acidity and ripe flavour nuances and has a very respectable, slightly salty and spicy finish. SUPERIORE.DE
"Brooding and almost reticent at first, this deeply hued wine shows the beauty, power and depth that Sangiovese from Predappio, in Emilia-Romanga, possesses. Aromas of baked plums dusted with sweet and savory spice, dried wild herbs, roasted game and forest floor. Mouthcoating with firm tannins that balance the richness of dark-berried fruits coated with licorice and candied violets finishing with grace and elegance." Wine Enthusiast

“La Prima Volta” Metodo Classico DOC 2018 dosaggio zero
A Lambrusco with almost zero (!) grams of residual sweetness seems like an insurmountable contradiction. But far from it, the Lambrusco benchmark Cantina della Volta delivers a sparkling wine here that can keep up with the best rosé champagnes of the noble region of France.
Delicate pale pink with an impressively fine perlage in the glass. In addition to the classics raspberry and wild strawberry, the bouquet opens with wonderfully floral notes that make it seem downright lovely despite its lack of sugar. On the palate, then, of indescribable finesse, creaminess and "dry sweetness", which makes us refill without much hesitation and draws us fully into the glass. La Prima Volta is a spumante with just the right balance of class, drinkability and mineral freshness, just as we would like to enjoy a sparkling wine today and tomorrow. Never too heavy, but still with an irresistible depth and far from any arbitrariness. SUPERIORE.DE

Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva 2023
Pandolfa | Emilia-Romagna
The production of high-quality olive oils at Pandolfa dates back to the 16th century. The olives all come from the company's own olive groves around Predappio. Intense, bright yellow-green colour. The aroma is reminiscent of freshly picked olives with an intense flavour of wild herbs. On the palate, it is elegant and delicate, with a sweet note and a slight sharpness that diminishes with further months of storage (cool and dark). SUPERIORE.DE

“RADICE” Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC 2022 secco · MAGNUM
Out with the clichés, in with the surprise! Paltrinieri's most famous Lambrusco wine will also delight every connoisseur. Radice is produced using the Pét Nat method (Metodo Ancestrale) and therefore undergoes a second fermentation on its own yeast after bottling. This naturally cloudy, dry frizzante impresses on the nose with notes of rhubarb, a fresh citrus flavour and a hint of bread. The persistent, fine perlage and its drinkynature make it a racy accompaniment to savoury, spicy antipasti, light meat dishes or simply a lively celebration in the midst of nature and cheerful people. SUPERIORE.DE
"Lambrusco di Sorbara is simply an insider tip for real sparkling wine freaks. Paltrinieri vinifies his Radice undegorged as a PetNat. There is a lot of rhubarb on the nose and then this gentle, warm note of yeast. It is really dry on the palate and revitalises the senses with its fresh acidity. Rhubarb again, and a fresh note of yellow lemons. A real appetiser that makes your mouth water." Vinum
"Aromas of candied citrus, white peach and musk melon, followed by pie crust and candy floss. Medium-bodied with bright acidity and a fine bead. Subtle flint minerality on the finish. Lively and aromatic wine." James Suckling
"The extremely elegant Lambrusco di Sorbara Radice 2022 is a pretty pink with orange-coloured reflections. It opens with a mixture of orange zest, tangerine and cracked slate. A silky pearl of bubbles unfurls on the palate, contrasted by an acidic burst of citrus, while exotic flowers and candied ginger nuances swirl through the nose. A subtle hint of grapefruit emerges in the crisp, refreshing final as the 2022 slowly tapers off. This Radice is a blockbuster. Savour it chilled for instant satisfaction, or let it warm slowly in a large glass with a bowl." Vinous
"A Sorbara vinified in purity as it has never been dared before, in a very relevant reading. A nose of wild strawberries and pepper leaf, with floral notes of iris, the mouthfeel is taut, savoury, with a fruity return and length." Luca Gardini
"This lightning bolt of a wine opens with aromas of tart red berries, ruby red grapefruit and fresh rose that pour out of the glass. The zippy palate continues the energy of the nose with flavors of sour cherry, pickled watermelon, wild mint and thyme all leading to a finish that seems to never end. Delish!" Wine Enthusiast

“Monografia 2” Sangiovese di Romagna Marzeno Riserva DOC 2017
Here comes the second vintage of Zerbina's single-vineyard Sangiovese, with which the winery once again proves in a very small edition (< 1,000 bottles) once again proves what great Sangiovese Romagna can produce. Dark-fruited, full nose with a cornucopia of dark berry fruits and hints of forest floor, tar and white ash. Firm on the palate, enormously complex, the concentrated fruit gradually opens up with further airing and a Sangiovese work of art is revealed that could not be more typical, pure and at the same time more complex. Great compliment! SUPERIORE.DE
"Hedonist factor max. Mid to deep ruby. A super-enticing nose of chalky, concentrated cherry and damson fruit dabbed with sweet oak notes and with the merest suggestion of rosemary and cinnamon. The tannins add the fireworks. They are simply perfect, gravelly and ripe. Long, lush and finely balanced, this will age gracefully but I caught it at just this irresistible stage. A wine that makes you happy. The generous character of this vintage shines through in the ripe fruit, but it will be rewarding to see this age." Jancis Robinson
"Dark, elegant ruby red, brightening rim. Complex, inviting nose of fine noble wood, then ripe cherries, wild strawberries, also a hint of dried red petals, light leather and cedar in the finish. Tightly meshed and compact on the palate, opens with a juicy undertone, lovely elegant red fruit, currently still a little marked by the wood, will come together magnificently, long." Falstaff
