    LARISERVA is a white-vinified Lambrusco di Sorbara Spumante, aged for 12 months on its fine lees in a pressure tank using the Martinotti method (Charmat process). A delicate powder-pink colour. The delicate bouquet offers lovely floral notes and hints of grapefruit and rhubarb. On the palate, it is soft, drinky and exceptionally fresh; as it develops, it becomes very elegant with a subtle spiciness in the background. An exciting aperitif, the sort we greatly appreciate.
