    A deep cherry red with violet highlights. The nose offers intense aromas of sweet, preserved Amarena cherries and sour cherries, with a delicate herbal note; very inviting. On the palate, sweet fruit returns, nestled within a finely sparkling mousse; long-lasting and fresh, with a lively acidity on the finish.
