    The grapes come from organically cultivated vineyards with calcareous marl soils around Alba, whose terroir gives the wine freshness and structure. Deep ruby red in colour with violet hues. On the nose, a pure, inviting aroma of ripe cherry, blackberry, plum and a hint of violet, with subtle hints of spice. On the palate, Piana presents itself in typical Barbera style: juicy, dense fruit, present, well-integrated acidity and a supple texture that ensures drinking flow.
