    Bright purple-red colour with a violet hue. A fresh, clear aroma of black cherry, violets, redcurrants and a hint of almonds on the nose – typical of Dolcetto, but with the pure signature of Ceretto. Dry and juicy on the palate, the ripe fruit is supported by present, well-integrated acidity and fine-grained tannins. The grapes come from the Rossana vineyard near Alba, whose chalky soils and mild altitude give the wine freshness and structure. Maturation in stainless steel tanks preserves the varietal typicity and precise flavour.
