This plot is characterised by its tiny size: facing east-south-east, it is barely a fifth of a hectare and is cultivated in the same way as our ancestors - without any mechanical help. We harvest just a few precious grapes from these rows of ancient vines, press them and leave the results to mature in large bottles for at least ten years.
