The wine was originally only intended for private occasions – a heartfelt project that today celebrates with its name the connection to people and moments that are more than mere consumption. The grapes for this wine (label: "only the best grapes") come from strictly selected plots around Noto, where chalky soils, salt winds and intense sunlight characterise the aromas and structure – a decision that preserves fullness and freshness in equal measure. The 2024 vintage provided Sicily with ideal conditions for Grillo: a long growing season, healthy vines and a late harvest at full physiological ripeness. The result is a complex, vibrant wine with structure and balance.

Brilliant straw yellow in the glass with golden reflections. The nose is multi-layered: yellow pear, mandarin, some aniseed, Mediterranean herbs and fine yeast notes from the ageing process. The palate is dense yet straightforward, with ripe fruit, salty minerality and an almost chalky texture. The fine freshness carries this special Grillo into a long, subtly spicy finish with hints of citrus zest and white pepper.
