• "Lieben Aich" Sauvignon Bianco Alto Adige Terlano DOC 2019 (BIO)

“Lieben Aich” Sauvignon Bianco Alto Adige Terlano DOC 2019 (BIO)

"Unlike anything you've ever heard of, this single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc presents itself wild and primal. A special experience for wine freaks." Michael Graf Goëss-Enzenberg, Manincor Winery

Golden yellow Sauvignon with rich, complex aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as mango, papaya and passion fruit. At the palate full-bodied in the approach, otherwise rather mineral like wet stone and with juicy acid play. Also in the long finish a harmonious exchange between austere minerality and ripe fruit. Lieben Aich is an original and rare experience for real Sauvignon fans (only about 3,000 bottles filled)! SUPERIORE.DE

    • "Mason di Mason" Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC 2017 (BIO)

“Mason di Mason” Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC 2017 (BIO)

"The best of the best - this is not a wine you drink every day. It needs attention, time to mature and likes to play the leading role: as the crowning glory of a festive table or even as a proud solitaire." Michael Graf Goëss-Enzenberg, Manincor Winery

Noble and pure, the Mason di Mason Pinot Nero shines with aromas of raspberry, rose petal, underbrush and sweet spices. Elegant and seamlessly round on the palate with incredible balance, complexity and detail. A knockout Pinot Noir! SUPERIORE.DE

"Sparkling, brightening ruby garnet. Very appealing nose with notes of raspberry, pomegranate, goji berries and fine spices, exciting. Round and supple on the attack and finish, opens with plenty of fine-mesh tannin, lots of layers, salty and deep in the mid-palate, round and very long." Falstaff

"Bright red. Very refined, spicy red fruit and flowers on the inviting nose. Then similarly inviting flavors of red and dark berries, plus complicating notes of licorice in the mouth. Finishes clean and bright, with excellent length and bright floral echoes. Nicely done." Vinous

    • "Castel Campan" Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2016 (BIO)

“Castel Campan” Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2016 (BIO)

"You should take that much time. Time and attention for the best of our Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Perfect harmony, which is only achieved after 10 years of bottle aging. Tight down to the tips of your hair." Michael Count Goëss-Enzenberg, Manincor Winery

Castel Campan - elegant cuvée of Merlot and Cabernet Franc from the oldest vines of the estate, where clay and limestone gravel characterise the terroir. Deep garnet-purple, smelling of black currant, dark plum and earth, with a hint of pencil lead and chocolate. Medium weight on the palate, well structured, with firm tannins and lively acidity. Long and polished. SUPERIORE.DE

"This Bordeaux blend from this biodynamic showpiece is made up of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Merlot. Dark cherry fruit with hints of mint chocolate, ink, blueberry juice, juniper, nice coolness with spicy herbal notes. Dense and compact on the palate with a juicy and spicy fullness with certain sweetness, balsamic notes and very youthful, now nice to drink". Weinwisser

"Shiny ruby with a slight violet tint. Very present nose with notes of cardamom and bay leaf, some tobacco, then a lot of currants. On the palate a lot of juicy fruit, then opens up with fine-meshed, dense tannin, builds a wide arc, in the final fine melting. Falstaff

"Dark red-ruby. Graphite, underbrush and red and blue fruit aromas and flavors. Very smooth, long and easy to drink despite noteworthy concentration. Lovely wine." Vinous
