![Metodo Classico Rosé Riviera del Garda DOC 2021 brut]()
Metodo Classico Rosé Riviera del Garda DOC 2021 brut
A finely conceived rosé sparkling wine with a regional identity and elegant craftsmanship. The harmonious blend of autochthonous grape varieties – groppello, Marzemino, Barbera and Sangiovese grapes – defines clarity and origin, while the 24-month yeast ageing gives the wine expression, creaminess and depth. In the glass, it shines in a delicate salmon pink colour with a lively, fine-pored perlage. The nose seduces with floral nuances of rose petals, red berries and tangerine peel, subtly accompanied by yeast tones and a hint of almond biscuits. Fresh and harmonious on the palate, with clear acidity, a juicy, fruity centre and elegant salty minerality. The perlage is silky, the structure finely balanced, the final long, dry and characterised by a delicate bitter almond note. A rosé sparkling wine full of character that combines the regionality of Valtènesi with a modern sparkling wine style – refined depth with a high drinking flow and clear origin. SUPERIORE.DE

!["Cuvée Imperiale" Franciacorta DOCG brut]()
“Cuvée Imperiale” Franciacorta DOCG brut
In 1961, Guido Berlucchi and the young Oenologist Franco Ziliani made history: the first ever Franciacorta was created in Borgonato di Corte Franca. This pioneering spirit became an institution and in 2022 the Gambero Rosso named the winery Winery of the Year. The Cuvée Imperiale combines Chardonnay (90%) and Pinot Nero (10%) from the best vineyards in all 19 Franciacorta municipalities. Gentle pressing, fermentation in stainless steel, followed by blending in spring with 10% reserve wines from the best vintages. The wine matures on the lees for at least 18 months, followed by a further two months after disgorgement. Pale straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals ripe fruit, white flowers and fine yeast notes with a hint of bread crust. On the palate: precise, full-bodied, with lively acidity and fine perlage. A versatile classic – perfect as an aperitif, with seafood or white meat. SUPERIORE.DE

“Cuvée Real” Franciacorta DOCG (2022) brut
Cuvée Real epitomises the elegant signature of Antica Fratta and shows just how fine Franciacorta can be. It is based on Chardonnay and a small proportion of Pinot Nero from the gentle moraine hills of Lombardy. After gentle whole-cluster pressing, the first fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in small wooden barrels before the wine matures for at least 24 months on the fine lees in the bottle. Delicate straw yellow in the glass with a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet opens with notes of fresh lemon, yellow apple, some white peach and a hint of roasted hazelnut. The palate is fresh and precise, with an elegant creaminess, fine citrus flavour and balanced structure. The finish is clear, mineral-accentuated and persistent. Purism as a commitment: without the addition of dosage, this Franciacorta reveals the unadorned terroir of Lombardy. “Corte del Lupo” Rosso Curtefranca DOC 2022
Even older than the Bianco: Ca' del Bosco first vinified this red wine, known in the local tradition as "burdonsì magher", back in 1975 – a testimony to Franciacorta's ancient vocation for red grapes, long before the Spumanti came to characterise the region. The name travelled from Franciacorta Rosso DOC to Terre di Franciacorta and Curtefranca Rosso until it became Corte del Lupo in 2016: The farm and the wolf as a symbol of terroir and quality. The cuvée combines 49% Merlot, 31% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Carménère and 9% Cabernet Franc from eight certified organic vineyards. After the harvest, each individual grape is washed and gently dried – the famous "Metodo Ca' del Bosco" – before fermentation takes place entirely in small oak barrels.

Essenza is a classic Valtellina Superiore that draws its fruit from the terraced high mountain vineyards in one of the northernmost corners of Italy. Ruby red with garnet-coloured inclusions. “Corte del Lupo” Bianco Curtefranca DOC 2024
It is the original wine from Ca' del Bosco: first vinified in 1972 as Pinot di Franciacorta Bianco, long before the Spumanti made the winery world-famous. Over the years, it has changed its name several times – from Franciacorta Bianco to Terre di Franciacorta to Curtefranca Bianco. Since the 2017 vintage, it has been called Corte del Lupo: the farmyard and the wolf, faithful guardians of the estate, adorn the new label as the essence of the terroir. The cuvée of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Bianco comes from thirteen certified organic vineyards in Erbusco, Cazzago San Martino and Passirano – vines from 25 to 30 years old. Every single grape undergoes the legendary "spa for grapes": washing, hydromassage and gentle drying before being pressed. A quarter ferments in small oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel, followed by six months on the lees.

“Cuvée dei Frati” Metodo Classico VSQ brut zéro
Ca' dei Frati, known as "il luogo dei Frati" since 1782 – the place of the monks – in Lugana near Sirmione on Lake Garda, is now owned by the fourth generation of the Dal Cero family. The traditional winery vinifies each vineyard plot separately in order to precisely express the respective terroir. The Cuvée dei Frati dosaggio zero is made from the indigenous Turbiana grape variety, the famous Trebbiano di Lugana, supplemented by a small dose of Chardonnay to maintain the acidity structure typical of Metodo Classico wines. The grapes grow on calcareous, clayey soils on the moraine hills south of Lake Garda, whose minerality gives the wines a special freshness and sapidity. The first fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in barriques, the second fermentation strictly according to the Metodo Classico in the bottle. After at least 36 months on the lees – significantly longer than for Brut – followed by a further four months of bottle ageing after disgorgement.

!["Bertone" Pinot Nero dell' Oltrepò Pavese DOC 2020]()
“Bertone” Pinot Nero dell' Oltrepò Pavese DOC 2020
The first 1,850 Pinot Noir vines were brought to Italy from Burgundy by Count Vistarino back in 1865. Since then, the vinification of this demanding grape variety has been continuously refined over the generations. Today, the Pinot Noirs from the winegrowing dynasty can even outshine much more expensive Pinot Noirs from Burgundy at international tastings. The grapes for the winery's top crus are grown at an altitude of 400 metres, and the high temperature fluctuations between day and night ensure a complexity, precision and elegance that is rarely found even in Burgundy.

!["Essence" Franciacorta Rosé DOCG 2021 brut]()
“Essence” Franciacorta Rosé DOCG 2021 brut
Finely structured Rosé Millesimato with elegance and depth – the essence of time in every sip. The cuvée of predominantly Chardonnay with a proportion of Pinot Nero reveals its perfection after a long lees contact. Delicate old rose colour in the glass with a subtle perlage. The bouquet combines fine aromas of red berries, particularly redcurrant and raspberry, with delicate brioche and almond notes and a hint of dried rose. On the palate, it impresses with juicy fruit, lively acidity and elegant creaminess. The perlage is subtle, the finish dry, precise and persistent with a slightly salty length. A rosé that is powerful and subtle at the same time – noble, classic, with very good balance. Ideal with salmon, tuna carpaccio, tender veal or as an aperitif. SUPERIORE.DE

!["Alma Assemblage 2" Franciacorta DOCG extra brut]()
“Alma Assemblage 2” Franciacorta DOCG extra brut
"Alma" – the soul. This is what Bellavista calls the wines that have been writing a new chapter in the cantina's history since 2024. What was once called "Gran Cuvée" now bears the name "Alma Assemblage", and the number behind it marks the vintage: Assemblage 2 stands for 2022. Two visionaries are behind this new direction: Francesca Moretti, daughter of founder Vittorio Moretti and current cellar master, and Richard Geoffroy, Chef de Cave at Dom Pérignon for twenty-eight years. Together they have created a collection that reinterprets Franciacorta – not as a copy of Champagne, but as an independent, proud identity. "Franciacorta needs no imitation," says Geoffroy. "It is a world-class terroir." Alma Assemblage 2 extra brut combines grapes from 75 vineyards in ten municipalities in Franciacorta: 86 per cent Chardonnay, 13 per cent Pinot Nero, one per cent Pinot Bianco, supplemented by reserve wines from the 2016, 2019, 2020 and 2021 vintages. After at least thirty months on the lees, the wine is disgorged with minimal dosage – extra brut, pure, precise.

!["Incanto" Sassella Valtellina Superiore DOCG 2020]()
“Incanto” Sassella Valtellina Superiore DOCG 2020
This smooth and exceptionally polished Valtellina Superiore comes from Sassella, one of the most famous villages in the Valtellina appellation on the north bank of the River Adda. Bright ruby red in colour. Camphor, wild roses, wild berries and hints of graphite and vanilla are the main characters in this fragrant red wine. Straightforward and elegantly structured, it reveals red cherry, pomegranate and liquorice on the palate, accompanied by present but fine tannins. The lively acidity provides the necessary drive, including further ageing potential. SUPERIORE.DE
