The label of the Vinnae, made from 100% Ribolla Gialla, features the two-headed eagle that already adorned Anton's great-grandfather's bottles: a symbol of Austro-Hungarian origin and a greeting from the winery. Jermann's Sauvignon Bianco is a precisely vinified white wine from the cooler vineyards of the Veneto-Friuli border region. The grapes come from vineyards with calcareous flysch soil, which promotes an elegant, taut style. The 2024 vintage was characterised by slow ripening under stable conditions – the result is a Sauvignon with a fine balance and clear flavour. The wine is matured exclusively in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and varietal character.

A Pinot Grigio with character that can only come from the Collio and neighbouring areas of Friuli. Jermann's 2024 comes from high-altitude plots with poor marl and sandstone soil, which reduces the yield and intensifies the flavour. The vintage was balanced overall, with a mild spring and cool nights in midsummer – ideal conditions for freshness, finesse and varietal typicity.

An unusual liaison between two blues: "Blau & Blau" combines the autochthonous Blaufränkisch (Frankonia) with the international Pinot Noir. The grapes come from high-altitude plots in the cooler foothills of the Trevenezia, where both varieties enjoy fresh nights and long growing seasons. 2022 was a ripe, harmonious year with moderate weather conditions – ideal for balanced, elegant red wines. After manual harvesting, the wine matured in used barriques to develop structure and depth without overpowering the fruit.

A Chardonnay with an origin profile and signature – typical of Jermann. The grapes come from the hilly areas of Friuli, where cool downslope winds and limestone-rich soils ensure freshness, structure and aromatic clarity. A Traminer with cool elegance and moderate flavour - far removed from the baroque and broad opulence of many representatives of this variety. The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Venezie region with calcareous, well-drained soils. The 2021 vintage brought balanced proportions between ripeness and acidity - good conditions for an aromatic white wine with finesse and potential. A Pinot Nero with fine understatement, elegant, juicy and surprisingly cool in appearance. The grapes come from vineyards in the Collio, where the combination of poor marl soils, Alpine influence and Adriatic mildness create ideal conditions for this sensitive grape variety. Medium ruby red in the glass with a brick-coloured rim. Redcurrant, sour cherry, cranberry and a hint of forest floor and white pepper on the nose. Smooth and clear on the palate, with a fine texture, well-integrated acidity and an elegant finish. With "Capo Martino", Silvio Jermann not only pays tribute to the vineyard of the same name in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio, but also to his father Angelo – and thus to the origins of the family winery. It is a white wine of great cultural depth, a cuvée of indigenous varieties such as Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana, Picolit and Friulano, complemented by smaller proportions of other traditional varieties. The 2022 vintage was characterised by stable weather conditions with plenty of sunshine, which gave the grapes ripeness and expression – but without losing the typical freshness of the hills around Capo Martino. After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed, gently pressed and fermented spontaneously. Maturation takes place for around a year in large wooden barrels on the fine lees, with each component maturing separately before finally being blended into a cuvée. The result is a wine of quiet complexity and timeless elegance.

The grapes come from selected plots near Dolegna del Collio and Farra d'Isonzo, on calcareous marl soils with excellent drainage. The 2022 vintage was characterised by a hot, dry summer, but cooler nights from mid-August ensured aromatic precision and a fine acid structure.

Vintage Tunina is predominantly made from Sauvignon and Chardonnay. There are also small amounts of Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana and Picolit. Bright golden yellow in colour, the intense, very elegant bouquet shows notes of honey and meadow flowers. Dry, soft, very fruity flavour with excellent persistence, fine spiciness and full body.
