The fruit for Tenuta Nuova is harvested from a south and south-east facing slope at 250 to 300 metres above sea level. The soils are loose and mixed with gravel, which allows access to air and moisture.

Deep, bright ruby colour. It builds slowly on the nose, we discover deep red cherries, blueberry, some cedar wood, graphite and pepper. Firm and direct on the palate, it immediately captivates all the senses with its peppery-salty note, paired with a fruit cocktail and polished tannins, giving the overall impression an inimitable complexity and independence. It is a demanding wine that is guaranteed to reward full dedication and will show off its full spectrum impressively after a few years in the bottle.
