Vecchie Vigne by Siro Pacenti is still one of the most modern wines to emerge from this sun-drenched appellation in southern Tuscany. The grapes come from old vines that are between 38 and 53 years old. Very intense on the nose with blue fruits, cool stones and blackberries, also moist earth. Full-bodied and extremely dense and powerful with a super central palate of fruit and ripe but compact tannins. Slightly chewy and expressive. Outstanding transparency and integration.
