Helichrysum is a selection of the best grapes from the highest parcel of the estate, where the soils are both clayey and of volcanic origin.

Exotic, spicy, seductive and sensual – these are just some of the words that come to mind when you think of the bouquet of Helichrysum 2020. Sour cherries mingle with mint, sage, cedar dust and white smoke to create a seductive spectacle. The texture is velvety with ripe, polished fruit that seems to come in waves, building more and more tension each time, while minerals and fine tannins slowly saturate. The sheer density almost masks its structural strength, which is not to say that it lacks balance, as the wine already presents itself to us in perfect and concentrated form. Traces of lavender, blackberries and a hint of liquorice appear on the broodingand dramatic final. SUPERIORE.DE

Powerful on the palate on the attack and in the further course, then slims down in the mid-palate with mineral pressure, very well-developed tannins, very precise and powerfully arranged.
