A mere 2,500 bottles are produced from this 100% Syrah; it is aged (on the skins) for half a year in amphorae, after which it is filtered and matured in small French oak barrels.

A radiant ruby red. On the nose, a seductive blend of cherry with hints of chocolate, herbs and a delicate note of liquorice. On the palate, cherry returns, complemented by a kaleidoscope of chocolate, coffee and a subtle hint of juniper. A fabulous acidity and fine-grained tannins guide this precisely crafted wine to a spectacular final. Keir complements the winery's top-class portfolio in a highly distinctive and striking way.
