    Pas Dosé – here, the dosage normally added – which, after disgorging, determines not only the sugar content but also the style of the sparkling wine fermented in the bottle – is omitted. Instead, the volume naturally lost during the years of bottle ageing is replaced by other wines from the house, which do not, however, further affect the sugar content. The result is an extremely dry sparkling wine that is by no means lacking in volume, character or finely nuanced flavours.

    Straw-yellow in the glass, with aromas of light fruit, herbs, citrus and wildflowers. On the palate, it reveals an impressively fine effervescence and texture, bringing out layers of spices, dried fruit and slightly salty notes. Its creaminess and elegance are complemented by a well-balanced, well-integrated and fresh acidity, delighting the palate right through to the full-bodied, lingering finish. SUPERIORE.DE
