Valpolicella Superiore Case Vecie is made mainly from Corvina and Corvinone grapes. It takes its name from the vineyard of the same name in Grezzana, where the ripening of the grapes is subject to strong temperature fluctuations between day and night: a climatic peculiarity that gives the wine a special spiciness on the nose and a completely unique polyphenol profile. Chianti Classico Vallenuova has the potential to become a favourite wine. It is an archetypal expression of Sangiovese from a single vineyard that could not be more typical and authentic. The "Collection" line is vinified from harvested grapes from selected and sun-drenched sites and stands for complex, straightforward wines with a strong emphasis on terroir. The vineyards of the comrades are located in Siebeneich and Bozen at 300 metres above sea level and offer ideal conditions for this beautiful Merlot to thrive.

Dark ruby to garnet red. Exuberant aroma of blackberries and wild berries, complemented by a refined spice component. The palate is elegant, finely fruity, almost polished. Tense Pinot bianco from the southernmost part of the Valle Isarco, which is climatically particularly favourable for this grape variety. Pinot Bianco "Langfeld" becomes "Longarei" with the 2022 vintage: The grapes for this Pinot Bianco come from altitudes of up to 700 metres around the municipality of Montan. Delicate greenish yellow, fine bouquet of green apple, lemon, chalk and some crushed rock. Fine texture in the drink, with good structure on the palate and excellent depth. Plaisir is a so-called straw wine: the muscat grapes are left to dry in the vineyard after cutting. It shows itself well structured and with a fragrant and flavourful harmony of candied fruits. The name La Rivetta has become a symbol of an excellent terroir. La Rivetta 120 stands for a special synergy of soil, microclimate and tradition, which is enhanced by 120 days of maturation on the lees. This is reflected in a brilliant yellow colour with a slight greenish tinge and a fine, delicate perlage. The aroma is reminiscent of Granny Smith apples, wisteria and acacia blossom. A rosé made from Sangiovese according to the classic Pet-Nat method, harvested in the last half of August and whose carbonic acid is created unplanned by the almost complete fermentation of the sugar in the bottle. A sparkling wine with a yeast deposit that has played its way into the hearts of "natural wine" fans in a fresh and unconventional way. Ideal for aperitifs and light summer dishes. The grapes for the Soave Classico "Vintage Edition", vinified according to the Veronese tradition, come from Bertani's vineyards on the western slope of the volcanic Soave hill, north of the castle. Intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The multi-layered nose is reminiscent of peach, pear and apricot. Soft and mouth-filling on the palate, lingering and persistent.
