Misco, the estate's second top white product and a Verdicchio matured in stainless steel, exudes an elegant bouquet of floral and aniseed notes. The "Collection" line is made from harvested grapes from selected, sun-drenched vineyards and stands for complex, straightforward wines with a strong emphasis on terroir.

Plaisir is a so-called straw wine: the muscat grapes are left to dry in the vineyard after cutting. It shows itself well structured and with a fragrant and flavourful harmony of candied fruits. Chianti Classico Rubiolo shows its delicately spicy side on the nose with cloves, cinnamon, lavender, wild dark cherries and blackberries that are beautifully ripe but not overripe. The name La Rivetta has become a symbol of an excellent terroir. La Rivetta 120 stands for a special synergy of soil, microclimate and tradition, which is enhanced by 120 days of maturation on the lees. This is reflected in a brilliant yellow colour with a slight greenish tinge and a fine, delicate perlage. The aroma is reminiscent of Granny Smith apples, wisteria and acacia blossom. A rosé made from Sangiovese according to the classic Pet-Nat method, harvested in the last half of August and whose carbonic acid is created unplanned by the almost complete fermentation of the sugar in the bottle. A sparkling wine with a yeast deposit that has played its way into the hearts of "natural wine" fans in a fresh and unconventional way. Ideal for aperitifs and light summer dishes. The grapes for the Soave Classico "Vintage Edition", vinified according to the Veronese tradition, come from Bertani's vineyards on the western slope of the volcanic Soave hill, north of the castle. Intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The multi-layered nose is reminiscent of peach, pear and apricot. Soft and mouth-filling on the palate, lingering and persistent. Kepos 2020 will be the last vintage of this wine, after which its grapes will go to varietal wines and a new project, hence the label's meaningful addition of "Last Call".

Vulcaia is a soft, full Sauvignon Blanc with tropical fruits and rich toasty aromas. On the nose, citrus and sweet floral scents. On the palate mineral with exotic fruit and citrus, behind a layer of gooseberries and herbs that give the wine freshness and structure. Long and persistent final. Light copper pink. Delicate aromas of rose petals, candied cherry, citrus and traces of damp earth. Multi-layered on the palate of cherry, red currant, white pepper. Everything is underpinned by a beautiful minerality and crisp acidity. The interesting finish brings out notes of orange and ginger. All in all, a serious rosato of highly engaging character.
