The 2023 vintage was characterised by alternating sunny days and cool nights - ideal for aromatic clarity and finely balanced acidity. The wine was fermented cold in stainless steel and matured briefly to preserve varietal typicity and freshness.

Light gold colour with delicate green reflections. The nose reveals notes of white flowers, green apple, lemon zest and a hint of almond tart. The texture is silky, with a strong melting texture meeting lively acidity and a fine salty minerality. The finish is medium-long, with a light herbal flavour and clear drinking flow.
