“Vogelmaier” Moscato Giallo Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2025 (BIO)
Perched high above Lake Kaltern is the Vogelmaierhof, where cool downdrafts sweep through the side valley, lending the Goldmuskateller its characteristic freshness. This organically farmed plot, situated between 300 and 400 metres above sea level, is considered a hidden gem in the Lageder range. The dry vinification brings out the full character of this aromatic grape variety: some of the grapes are fermented as whole bunches, whilst the rest mature for six months on the fine lees in stainless steel.

![Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2025]()
Moscato d’Asti DOCG 2025
Moscato Bianco di Canelli – the most aromatic variety of Muscat, at home in the hills of Astigiano for centuries. Prunotto, one of the most reliable addresses in the Langhe since 1904, presses a wine from it that makes no compromises: only fruit, only flavour, only freshness. Hand-picked from 4 to 16 September 2025, the grapes are pressed and initially spend a short time in the press – enough time for the flavours from the skins to pass into the "mosto fiore". Stainless steel tanks, controlled fermentation down to 5.0% alcohol, then fermentation interrupted by cooling. No wood, no detours – the wine remains entirely its own.

Three Moscati, three characters: La Spinetta adds a third voice to its trio with San Rocco. !["Mediaevum" Vernatsch Alto Adige DOC 2025]()
“Mediaevum” Vernatsch Alto Adige DOC 2025
The name Mediaevum refers to the Middle Ages, when minstrels such as Oswald von Wolkenstein sang of the wine from the Gump Hof – as a symbol of lightness and freshness. It is precisely this philosophy that Markus Prackwieser’s Vernatsch from the everyday Mediaevum range embodies: uncomplicated wines that enrich life without any pretensions to grand drama. The grapes grow on calcareous moraine soils over quartz porphyry in the southern Eisack Valley. After a short cold maceration, the wine ferments for a week in stainless-steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and six to eight months’ ageing – two-thirds in steel and one-third in large wooden barrels.

“Perlato del Bosco” Vermentino Toscana IGT 2025
The name evokes a landscape. "Pearl of the Forest" – those ancient strips of macchia between the vineyards and the Tyrrhenian Sea, from whose herbs, pine trees and wildflowers the wind carries a daily bath of aromas into the vines. Tua Rita has been producing Vermentino since 1992 – the estate's very first vintage. Not an experiment, not a trend, but a firm commitment. 100% Vermentino from the mineral-rich soils of the Colline Metallifere. The vines are grown without topping – their shoots are allowed to spread out as a natural canopy over the grapes, protecting the bunches from heat stress and preserving the aromas. Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel: no wood to interfere between the grape variety and the terroir. "The trick is maintaining the acidity," says Stefano Frascolla.

“Il Rosé di Casanova” Toscana IGT 2025 (BIO)
Inspired by Provence, born in Tuscany. When the Rivetti family decided to create a rosé, they chose their Casanova vineyard in Terricciola as the source – and Sangiovese and Prugnolo Gentile as the grape varieties. The latter is a local Sangiovese clone which, when combined with its 'big brother', produces a rosé with a surprising character. The grapes come from twenty-year-old vines growing on sandy soils of marine origin, cultivated organically. After destemming, there is a brief maceration of just one hour before the must is gently pressed. Fermentation lasts ten days, after which the wine rests on its fine lees in stainless steel for three months.

“26° Primo” Valdobbiadene Superiore Rive di Col San Martino DOCG 2025 extra brut
Some wines are historical records. The 26° Primo is both: a wine and a historical record in one. The name commemorates the 26th year of the founding of Azienda Agricola Andreola: 2009, when Nazzareno Pola handed the estate over to his son Stefano and, at the same time, the appellation achieved DOCG status. A wine that serves as a baton passed between generations, between an ancient winemaking tradition and its modern aspirations. The grapes come from the estate's oldest core holding: around four hectares of steep slopes in Col San Martino, the village in the southernmost part of the hills between Vidor and Vittorio Veneto, where Andreola has had its roots since its foundation. The vineyards lie at altitudes of 300 to 500 metres, partly on limestone conglomerate soils and partly on calcareous marl, interspersed with centuries-old Glera vines and small proportions of indigenous varieties such as Bianchetta, Perera and Verdiso. The slopes are so steep that all work must be carried out by hand.

Prosecco Spumante di Valdobbiadene Superiore Rive San Pietro Barbozza DOCG 2025 extra brut
Of the 43 classified Rive sites in the Valdobbiadene area, San Pietro di Barbozza is considered one of the most demanding. The hills of morainic origin, steep, difficult to access, with calcareous soils of loam and clay – they lie in the direct neighbourhood of Cartizze, the appellation's most famous Grand Cru. Not a bad neighbour. The demanding manual harvest is carried out exclusively from the highest, sunniest plots – deliberately selected for concentration and flavour. Only the best grapes from each vintage qualify for the limited Rive bottling. Gentle whole-cluster pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature, second fermentation using the Charmat method – with a residual sugar content of less than 6 g/l = extra brut.

“Más de Fer” Valdobbiadene Superiore Rive di Soligo DOCG 2025 extra dry
Soligo and Col San Martino share the same geological origin – the same system of steep ridges between Vidor and Vittorio Veneto, the same limestone conglomerate rocks, the same heroic steepness of 300 to 500 metres. And yet the Más de Fer is a different wine. The difference lies in the soil. The plots on Col de Fer and San Gallo – around five hectares on a single contiguous slope, exposed to the south-east – grow exclusively on pure limestone conglomerate, without the marl inclusions that give Col San Martino its aromatic intensity. The thinnest soils, roots directly in the rock, constant light stress – but the result is not less, but different: fine elegance instead of power, verticality instead of breadth, a purity of expression that Andreola deliberately responds to with the extra dry dosage. The 14 g/l residual sugar is not a concession to the mass taste – they are the exact balance that this finesse needs.

“Marna del Bacio” Valdobbiadene Superiore Rive di San Pietro di Barbozza DOCG 2025 extra brut
San Pietro di Barbozza is no unknown name within the appellation. Anyone familiar with the hills knows that this is also where Cartizze is found. This legendary 107-hectare slope, the grand cru of the entire Valdobbiadene region, borders directly on the municipality of San Pietro di Barbozza – the same steep limestone cliffs, the same heroic hillside, the same ‘Biancone’ – that fine-grained limestone which has been breaking out of the mountain for millennia, imbuing the soils of this area with a sharp minerality. Andreola only began cultivating this plot for harvest 2024 harvest – just two hectares, facing east to west, with slopes of up to 80%. The soils become thinner with increasing altitude, until the roots reach directly into the limestone. No buffer, no storage – just rock and freshness.

Bareta: a gesture of belonging, from the dialect directly into the glass. 100% Glera, exclusively from vineyards in Col San Martino, on yellowish-bluish marl with grey sandstone, 200 to 400 metres, south to south-east exposure, double-bend training. Gentle pressing, single-varietal fermentation at controlled temperature, second fermentation 50 to 60 days in autoclaves at 12–13 °C. Residual sugar < 8 g/litre – the dry end of the brut spectrum. Vines have been known in Col San Martino for over two thousand years. The Merotto family does not say this as an advertising message – it is simply what characterises the history of this small village. Graziano Merotto has developed his parents' winery into one of the most stylistically independent addresses in Valdobbiadene: no compromise on location, no compromise on care, no compromise on style. Colbelo is Merotto's oldest and most famous wine – the same character, the same standards for decades. 100% Glera from vineyards at 300 metres, south-facing, yellowish-bluish marl and sandstone, Sylvoz training. Rivera | Puglia
A name that doubles as a programme: the de Corato family and the Coratina olive variety not only share the same syllables, but also their homeland – the hills near Andria, where the Murgia slopes gently down to the Adriatic Sea. Here, in the shadow of Frederick II's legendary Castel del Monte, the family has been cultivating centuries-old olive groves since the 19th century. The Coratina is considered one of the most powerful varieties in Italy: rich in phenols, intense, with that distinctive bitter note that connoisseurs are looking for. Harvested by hand, cold-pressed on the day of harvest and matured for three months in glazed concrete tanks.

“Col del Forno” Valdobbiadene Superiore Rive di Refrontolo DOCG 2025 brut
Refrontolo lies on the eastern edge of the Denominazione – quieter, warmer, and a shade cooler than the steep slopes of the core zone. The Col del Forno vineyard is a natural amphitheatre covering around four hectares at an altitude of 250 metres, nestled between woods and terraced slopes. Andreola acquired the plot in 2016 – and from the very start, the wine has been one of the most compelling in the entire Rive range. What distinguishes Refrontolo from Col San Martino is not quality, but character. The clay-marl soils, featuring karst formations dating from before the last Ice Age, reliably retain moisture – ensuring a stable water supply for the vines even in dry years. Temperatures are slightly higher than in the western part of the appellation, meaning ripening begins earlier. The result is not wines of intense floral character, but Glera with a rich, ripe fruitiness: hawthorn, wisteria, apple, peach and yellow citrus fruits – a warmer, more complex spectrum of aromas.

!["Vigna Ochera" Valdobbiadene Superiore Rive di Rolle DOCG 2025 dry]()
“Vigna Ochera” Valdobbiadene Superiore Rive di Rolle DOCG 2025 dry
Rive di Rolle lies in the shelter of the Trevigian Prealps – warmer than the more open sites of the Denominazione, with higher average annual temperatures and deep, fine-grained clay-marl soils that retain moisture and ensure a consistent water balance for the vines even in dry years. The result is a Glera that matures differently than elsewhere: more opulent, more fruit-driven, with an aromatic spectrum that goes far beyond the floral notes of the limestone vineyards. The Vigna Ochera is the most perfect representative of this terroir logic in the Andreola portfolio.

![Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2025]()
Moscato d’Asti DOCG 2025
Santo Stefano Belbo is a small town in the Langhe, at the transition to the Asti zone – known as the birthplace of Cesare Pavese and the heart of Moscato cultivation. It is also the home of the Ceretto family. A second story began here in 1976, when Bruno and Marcello Ceretto had long been regarded as the reformers of Barolo and Barbaresco: together with four local winegrowing families, they founded I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano – out of a desire to restore the dignity of Moscato d'Asti. At the time, the grape variety had sunk into mass production and the name had been eroded. In contrast, they set 41 hectares, hand-picked grapes and a clear attitude. Today, almost fifty years later, the principle remains unchanged: 100% Moscato Bianco from marble-rich hillside terrain at around 400 metres above Santo Stefano Belbo and neighbouring Calosso. Fermented exclusively in steel. The freshness and varietal character of Moscato should speak for themselves, and they do so extremely well.

!["Tradition" Weißburgunder Alto Adige DOC 2025]()
“Tradition” Weißburgunder Alto Adige DOC 2025
Pinot Blanc is not a fad in Terlan. It is the foundation. The grape variety around which cellar master Rudi Kofler has been thinking for decades is Pinot Bianco – and no other place in Italy produces it as clearly, as long-lived, as unmistakably as these slopes. The vineyards lie at 350 to 900 metres, on steep to very steep slopes on Monte Tschöggl – higher and cooler than most other Terlan parcels. Quartz porphyry, hand-picked, gentle pressing, slow fermentation in steel, 6–7 months on the fine lees.

“La Primavera di Barbara” Prosecco Spumante di Valdobbiadene Superiore Rive di Col San Martino DOCG 2025 dry
Graziano Merotto has named wines after parcels of land, after decades of experience, and also after himself. This one, however, he named after his daughter. La Primavera di Barbara – barbara's spring. What at first sounds like a gesture of affection is also a precise description of the wine: bright, blooming, with a vibrancy that can only be found in the best season.

!["Lezér" Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2025 (BIO)]()
“Lezér” Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2025 (BIO)
Lezér means "light", and that's exactly what it is – in the most delicate sense of the word. A pale ruby red in colour, with red berries and an interesting hint of violet on the nose. On the palate, smoky notes, freshly cut wood and a subtle creaminess. A thoroughly fresh red wine right through to the finish, which is perfect when served slightly chilled during the warmer months and pairs beautifully with simple Mediterranean cuisine. Maturation in a variety of vessels, such as amphorae, concrete tanks and wooden barrels, lends it an extra charm and an unmistakable character. SUPERIORE.DE
