    Tunella's classic with a very distinctive profile: the Sauvignon Bianco from Tunella shows why this variety has found a new home in the Collio Orientali. The vines grow on calcareous marl soils and benefit from cool nights and sunny days – ideal conditions for freshness and flavour. Lively and clear on the nose: elderflower, whitecurrant, gooseberry and a hint of sage. Juicy on the palate, with elegant acidity, a firm texture and an animating fruity-spicy finish.
