!["Allemanda" Moscato Sicilia Noto DOC 2025 secco (BIO)]()
“Allemanda” Moscato Sicilia Noto DOC 2025 secco (BIO)
Dry Moscato from the Noto coast – unusual, but all the stronger in character. Allemanda comes from the south of Sicily, where the calcareous, sandy soils of Tenuta Buonivini and the Mediterranean climate create a unique terroir for aromatic grape varieties. Maturation in stainless steel tanks emphasises the purity and finesse of this rarely dry Muscat variety. Pale straw yellow in the glass with silver reflections. The aroma is clear and animating: lychee, white peach, lemon balm, wild flowers and a hint of nutmeg. Lively and dry on the palate, with a lean structure, well-integrated acidity and a delicate, almost salty finish. No opulence, but precise flavours with a fine spiciness. Allemanda shows that Moscato in the right location can also be a fragrant, elegant white wine. Ideal with summer cuisine, ceviche or marinated fennel with citrus. An original wine for explorers. “Alastro” Bianco Sicilia Menfi DOC 2025 (BIO)
A fragrant bloomer from the hot south: Alastro, named after the wild flower that grows around Cantina Ulmo, combines the Mediterranean clarity of Grecanico with the aromatic freshness of Sauvignon Blanc. Delicate straw yellow in the glass with silvery reflections. The nose opens with tangerine, white peach, lychee and a hint of yellow blossom. Elegant and silky on the palate, with a smooth texture, clear fruit structure and lively, balanced acidity. The ageing on the lees gives the wine additional depth and finesse without detracting from its freshness. Alastro is a charming white wine for modern connoisseurs – aromatic, precise and multi-faceted. Ideal with cold pasta with summer vegetables, courgette carpaccio or grilled fish. SUPERIORE.DE

“Maggiore” Grillo Sicilia DOP 2025 (BIO)
The great white heron spends the winter in the Riserva dello Stagnone near Marsala, the tranquil nature reserve of lagoon, salt pans and wide open skies where the vineyards of Cantine Rallo are rooted. The white colour of the bottle label is reminiscent of the Marsala salt pans, the yellow of the Sicilian sun. The bird gave the wine its name. 100% Grillo, the autochthonous grape variety of western Sicily, traditionally grown in the Alberello marsalese – the bushy training system that gives the vines shade and balance in the summer heat. South-facing, at an altitude of 50 metres, loamy-sandy soil near the coast. Hand-picked in September, gentle pressing, fermentation in steel at 15 to 16 °C, no malolactic fermentation, 6 months in steel, short bottle ageing.

Mamaioa (Sardinian for "ladybird") is not just a label for Contini, but a symbol of biodiversity and a sensitive understanding of wine. This Vermentino shows how modern and close to nature Sardinia's white wine culture can be, while remaining clear, fresh and convincing. Mamaioa comes from organically cultivated vineyards around Cabras – not far from the salty breeze of the Tyrrhenian Sea and on sandy soils with ancient marine sediment. The grapes are harvested early in the morning and matured exclusively in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal profile.

Müller Thurgau Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2024 (BIO)
The Eisack Valley between Klausen and Brixen is one of the coolest wine-growing regions in South Tyrol – and one of the steepest. At 615 to 908 metres above sea level, on weathered mica schist and sandy gravel soils, the Müller-Thurgau vines of two winegrower partners, which Alois Lageder looks after organically, grow. This altitude is no coincidence: Müller Thurgau needs coolness and slow ripening to develop its fine flavour – the Eisack Valley has both in abundance. In the cellar, Lageder works with a level of care that goes beyond the usual: temperature-controlled fermentation in steel and in large wooden barrels, a small percentage ferments and macerates on the intact grapes – stalks and skins included. Maturation takes place on the fine lees in steel and on the full lees in large wooden barrels. Not filtered.

!["Azisa" Grillo Sicilia DOC 2024 (BIO)]()
“Azisa” Grillo Sicilia DOC 2024 (BIO)
In the warm coastal air of the south-east Sicilian limestone soils near Noto, Grillo thrives with a Mediterranean self-image – sun-kissed, but not heavy. The name Azisa comes from the ancient Arabic "Aziz", which means "precious" – a reminiscence of Sicily's multi-layered history. Brilliant straw yellow in the glass with greenish reflections. On the nose, an open, finely drawn spectrum of aromas: white peach, yellow citrus fruit, a hint of sage and orange blossom, plus delicate hints of sea salt and wet stone. Fresh, lively and pointed on the palate – with a clear acid structure, light phenolic tension and a dry, salty-mineral final. ![Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC 2025 (BIO)]()
Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC 2025 (BIO)
The Lageder winery from Magrè in southern South Tyrol has been one of the region's defining forces for six generations – and since 2024, all the cultivated areas, including around 60 partner winegrowers, have been fully certified biodynamic or organic. Not just lip service, but a conviction that is put into practice. The Pinot Grigio comes from selected vineyards between Magrè and Salorno, at an altitude of 230 to 420 metres – stony, sandy soils with a high lime content, alpine temperature fluctuations and plenty of light. The vinification is based on a small proportion of maceration, which gives the variety texture and aromatic depth; the rest matures for four months on the lees in steel tanks.

“Irisse” Vermentino Montecucco DOC 2024 (BIO)
The name is a dedication. Maria Iris Bertarelli – co-founder and soul of Collemassari – is the woman who, together with her brother Claudio Tipa, acquired the abandoned castle in Montecucco in 1998 and planted it with a vision: that this forgotten hilly landscape between Montalcino and Scansano has what it takes to become its own appellation. Irisse is their wine. Vermentino with up to 25% Grechetto – more body, more substance. But what really sets Irisse apart from Melacce: short maceration on the skins, then twelve months of ageing in large oak barrels. This results in a depth that is rarely expected from Vermentino.

This organically produced cuvée combines four grape varieties to create an exciting pleasure experience: Müller Thurgau forms the fresh backbone, Pinot Grigio provides the structure, while Moscato Giallo and Gewürztraminer add subtle aromatic accents. Sourced from vineyards between Magreid and the Eisack Valley, the grapes ferment spontaneously in stainless steel tanks and mature for four months on the fine lees. ![Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC 2024 (BIO)]()
Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC 2024 (BIO)
Gewürztraminer polarises opinion. Some love the opulence, the rose blossom, the exotic heaviness. Others avoid it for this very reason. Alois Lageder has a clear stance on this: Gewürztraminer should be aromatic – but not overwhelming. It should show juiciness, drinkability and mineral depth. No perfume that overwhelms. A grape variety that shows what it can do without forgetting its limits. The answer lies in the diversity of its origins: twelve winemaking partners in Margreid, Kurtatsch, Tramin and the Eisack Valley – 230 to 740 metres above sea level, calcareous and volcanic soils side by side in rare diversity. The warm Unterland sites provide substance and fruit, while the cooler Eisack Valley delivers freshness and finesse. Temperature-controlled fermentation in steel and partly in large wooden barrels, a small percentage fermented and macerated on the intact grapes. Matured mainly in steel on the fine lees for around four months.

In the 16th century, in his *Orlando Furioso*, Ludovico Ariosto had the knights of the House of Mongrana ride through fantastical landscapes – adventurous, freedom-loving, always ready to set off. The hippogriff, the winged hybrid creature that carries its riders across all boundaries, is the symbol of this epic. Querciabella has featured both on the label of its Maremma project: the name, the creature, the spirit. Since 1997, Querciabella has been producing wine in Banditella near Alberese, – right on the Tuscan coast, where sea breezes, salty air and sandy soils shape its Mediterranean character. 100% Vermentino, 20,000 bottles, organically farmed. ![Soave Classico DOC 2025 (BIO)]()
Soave Classico DOC 2025 (BIO)
The three sisters from Fittà: Meri, Valentina and Alessandra Tessari have turned the winery founded by their parents Giovanni and Rosetta in 1982 into one of the most respected addresses in Soave Classico. Suavia is the Germanic origin of "Soave" – the name says it all. While their neighbours from the flatlands have long since bowed to industrial pressure, the sisters cultivate exclusively the autochthonous Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grape varieties on twelve hectares at an altitude of 300 metres. Their vineyards are located on the volcanic hills of Fittà, on copper-red, black and grey soils full of basalt and other volcanic rock. Here, where 50-year-old vines thrive on mineral-rich subsoil, wines of unmistakable expressiveness are produced.

!["Biancospino" Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2024 (BIO)]()
“Biancospino” Moscato d’Asti DOCG 2024 (BIO)
Biancospino shines in the glass with a light straw yellow colour and a subtle greenish tinge. The nose already reveals delicate aromas of mandarin, lime and geranium blossom, livened up by salty minerality and white flowers. On the palate, a finely sparkling mousse, lively freshness, a delicate spicy note and aromatic support form a finish full of character. The ageing in stainless steel emphasises the clarity of the fruit and the typical Moscato notes – a finesse-rich, natural aperitif with plenty of vigour and elegance. SUPERIORE.DE

!["Laven" Bianco Alto Adige DOC 2023 (BIO)]()
“Laven” Bianco Alto Adige DOC 2023 (BIO)
The porphyry soils on which the vines for the successful cooperative winery's first organic wine are grown are of volcanic origin, and the former lava flows gave the elegant, fresh wine its name. It is a perfectly successful symbiosis of the organic origins of the Bolzano region and the contemporary high standards of fresh and crisp South Tyrolean white wines. Bright straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Full bouquet of ripe apple, peach and hints of tropical fruit. Firm, precise and well-structured on the palate, its pleasant acidity carries it into a remarkable finish. SUPERIORE.DE

!["Prinsìpi" Bianco Langhe DOC 2023 (BIO)]()
“Prinsìpi” Bianco Langhe DOC 2023 (BIO)
Prinsipi from the small vineyard parcel of the same name was once developed by son Fabio as a 100 per cent Chardonnay and "little brother" of Bastia, but now 10 per cent Manzoni Bianco is added, which gives it more freshness and lightness. What also distinguishes it from the famous Chardonnay is the ageing in stainless steel. A fresh, crisp and very drinkable white wine that cuts a fine figure not only on its own and is now a firm favourite in the (now also organic) range. SUPERIORE.DE

![Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC 2025 (BIO)]()
Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC 2025 (BIO)

!["Bricco Quaglia" Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2025 (BIO)]()
“Bricco Quaglia” Moscato d’Asti DOCG 2025 (BIO)
An elegant sweet wine with a history: Bricco Quaglia was one of the first selected single-vineyard Moscato in Italy. The organically cultivated vines (approx. 300 metres above sea level, calcareous-sandy soil) lend it style and origin. Pale straw yellow in the glass with a visible perlage. The nose opens with fruity freshness: green apples, pear and juicy peach, plus floral notes of honeysuckle and elderberry and a fine hint of sage. Lively and juicy on the palate: sweet fruit, accompanied by elegant freshness, fine sweetness and a wonderfully balanced, sparkling texture. The finish is clean, clear and long – a Moscato with an animating lightness and polished flavour structure. SUPERIORE.DE
