Rami is an attractive and at the same time very individual blend of Grecanico and Inzolia. Bright golden yellow with a light, typical cloudiness of an orange wine and with an initially restrained-reductive bouquet, then with some aeration it smells sweetly of apricots, dried flowers and orange peel. The name Da-Di derives from Chinese and means earth/soil. DA-DI bianco was born from owner Virginie Saverys' intuition to rediscover the vocation of the Cortona area for the production of great white wines from autochthonous grapes, and encapsulates all of Avignonesi's love of experimentation.

In the glass, it opens intensely with floral notes of wisteria and lime, white peach and gooseberry. On the palate, the approach is precise and straightforward. Lemon peel, mint and the complexity of wildflower honey emerge. The pronounced acidity makes it long and elegant. In the aftertaste, hints of flint bring back mineral notes. Since the 2020 vintage, Haberle has been called Versalto and is certified organic. Diversity as a focus: Versalto is characterised by geological, microclimatic and cultural contrasts. Its grapes come from the Haberlehof farm in Buchholz on the eastern side of the Adige Valley and from the opposite vineyards in Penon above Margreid. Both vineyards are located at an altitude of around 500 metres and guarantee optimal conditions for the variety.

Fórra, an elegant small-batch white wine, is made purely from Manzoni Bianco and has an interesting history and an exciting development. Lageder's project with this grape variety began several years ago and resulted in the crossing of Rhine Riesling and Pinot Bianco. Traditional methods were used in the cellar to ensure freshness and vibrancy. Contact with the skins over several days sharpens the profile of the wine. After spontaneous fermentation, Fórra remains on its lees in wooden barrels for several months. The quality of Italian white wines has risen sharply in the last 20 years, and this also applies to Verdicchio. There are still quite a few bad old-fashioned wines, but the good ones can be a revelation. The region around Matelica in particular has made Verdicchio famous, as the best representatives of its type come from here - and mostly from the higher vineyards: complex, mineral, fresh and long-lasting.

Vigneto Fogliano is produced only in the best years from a careful selection of Verdicchio grapes from the best vineyard of the Biscis. On the nose, it presents green fruit with beautiful notes of honeydew melon and summer jasmine. Its deep, multi-layered flavours of apples, pears, fresh citrus fruits and a hint of menthol caress the palate creamily, before a salty minerality and fresh acidity take over and help the wine achieve a perfection that is second to none.
