Grappa Riserva Oltre il di Lidia is a refined blend of the marcs of Piedmont's Barbera and Moscato grapes. DiLidia matures in barrels previously used for Marsala production in the Canelli wineries in Sicily. A tradition from the fifties and sixties, preserved and continued by Lidia Canelles and Paolo Berta.

The result is this wonderful distillate with aromatic marsala notes and a complex taste. In addition, classic Muscat aromas and the structure-giving typicality of Barbera. SUPERIORE.DE

From the expert hand of master distiller Giovi comes this truly unique grappa. Grappasessanta is produced according to the classic discontinuous method, the distillate then undergoes a one-year maturation in small barrels. From Brancaia's marc of the best Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes of a vintage, the famous Distillerie Berta produces this fine grappa, aged for 12 months in barriques. Nonino celebrates the 25th anniversary of the ÙE grape brandy with the outstanding Riserva ÙE 25th Anniversary - an assemblage of separately distilled grape brandies from Ribolla, Moscato, Merlot and Malvasia, which matured for five years in barriques or small wooden barrels. The Bolognas - Barbera pioneers from Piedmont - have their Grappa Invecchiata di Bricco dell'Uccellone produced every year by the famous Distelleria Berta. Obtained from the marc of the Bricco dell'Uccellone, distilled according to the classic, discontinuous method by the Berta grappa dynasty in Mombaruzzo, Piedmont, matured in those wooden barrels in which the coveted and avant-garde Barbera wine was previously aged. Only about 4,000 bottles of this noble distillate are produced.

Antica Cuvée - here in the high alcoholic dosage form "Cask Strength" - is a fine, very aromatic Riserva. Nonino uses the traditional still for distillation. The inviting clear amber colour is the result of storage in small barrels. A very special note is given to the cuvée by the small but essential addition of young grappa, which has matured for a year in Limousin barriques. Fruity, warm, velvety and long-lasting. The famous distillery of Romano Levi was bought after his death (01.05.2010) by an old friend of Levi and an investor of the city of Neive. Their goal is to maintain the tradition, art and spirit of Romano Levi in Neive. Today, the old distillery has been completely renovated and turned into a museum. The new owners continue to use Levi's old still. The technology and the barrels, however, are new to produce a higher quality, more sophisticated grappa.

We were now allowed to select some of the most graphically interesting labels from Romano Levi's huge estate of hand-painted labels, which - reproduced to a high standard - are available exclusively from us.

From now on, we will bring a new Levi label to life every year in a very small edition of just 36 bottles per variety, which you will then only find in our shop as a "Selezione limitata".

The fresh marc, saturated with must, is compressed immediately after delivery in underground pits to naturally extract all the aromas and flavours of the grape. Distillation takes place exclusively in the months of March and April using the discontinuous method on direct fire and the very special characteristics perfected by Levi. Aqua Vitae is the result of the collaboration between Distilleria Artigiana di Gioacchino Nannoni, which directly takes care of the entire process of distillation, maturation and bottling, and Azienda Agricola di Montevertine, which supplies the Sangiovese marc from the vineyard "Le Pergole Torte". After steam distillation, the wine is matured for about four years in oak Caratelli casks. Amber in the glass, soft, warm, intense and gently enveloping on the nose and palate - stylistically it is more like an Armagnac than a grappa. SUPERIORE.DE

ÙE Merlot Gran Riserva matures sealed and supervised by the Italian Customs and Monopolies Authority for over 12 years in sherry casks from Jerez de la Frontera in the company's cellars.

Natural amber colour with a golden sheen. Very elegant on the nose with sweet scents of marzipan, sultanas, iris, violets and candied fruits, which are echoed in the lingering taste and with balsamic notes.

The brilliantly clear Grappa Cru Monovitigno Pignolo was produced in very limited quantities and bottled in 150 numbered decanters with a vintage label, exclusively available only at SUPERIORE.DE It is a single-varietal grappa made from marc of the rare Pignolo grape from the Nonino vineyard in Buttrio in Friuli. It is rich, elegant and velvety smooth with a pronounced wild berry flavour.

With "Cru Monovitigno Pignolo", the Noninos are taking part in the "Omaggio a Venezia" project, an initiative involving prestigious Italian brand producers such as Alessi, Loro Piana, Missoni, Tod's, Trussardi and others. "Omaggio a Venezia" aims to help the city fathers of Venice to preserve the artistic and architectural heritage, this unique and unmistakable style of Venice.

Part of the proceeds from the sale will be given to the city of Venice for the restoration of the 17th century "Camerino degli Stucchi" in the Ca'Rezzonico Museum. SUPERIORE.DE

Amber-coloured grappa made from the marc of selected grapes from Friuli with an ageing period of eight years in small barrels of various woods. Soft, elegant bouquet, complex, velvety and persistent on the palate. We discover fruity and floral notes, vanilla and almonds, dried fruit and grapes. Serve this fine Riserva at room temperature in balloon-shaped glasses and allow the distillate to rest in the glass for a few minutes to allow the flavours to come into their own in full harmony. Romano Levi: "Grappa distilled by unsuspecting people "

The fresh marc, saturated with must, is compressed immediately after delivery in underground pits in order to extract all the aromas and flavours of the grape in a natural way. Distillation takes place exclusively in the months of March and April using the discontinuous method on direct fire and the very special characteristics perfected by Levi. This is followed by maturation in 700-litre barrels. SUPERIORE.DE
