The fresh marc, saturated with must, is compressed immediately after delivery in underground pits in order to extract all the aromas and flavours of the grape in a natural way. Distillation takes place exclusively in the months of March and April using the discontinuous method on direct fire and the very special characteristics perfected by Levi. Well matured (7 years in the barrel) and full of finesse is the Bric del Gaian, which the Berta family produces from Moscato grapes from their own estate. ÙE La Riserva dei Cent'anni is a blend of grape distillates aged over fourteen years in barriques from different grape varieties. The bouquet is soft, lively and perfect with slight spicy tones (saffron, cinnamon, curry, nutmeg) and hints of dried fruit. Warm, soft, round, persistent and velvety on the palate.

This unique Monovitigno Riserva matured for 18 years in barrique no. 419 made of Nevers oak. Intense amber colour, intense aroma of bitter almonds and sultanas. Fruity, full and round in the mouth, the olfactory impressions are confirmed.

The Tocai grapes from the Collio Friulano were harvested in 1988. From 9 August 1989 to 25 October 2007, ÙE Cru Tocai Collio matured in the cellars of the Noninos. The result was 453 Liters this elegant distillate, which was bottled by hand in 647 mouth-blown bottles. The fill level may vary, as each bottle is unique.

The Nonino family presented the bonded Grappa Nonino Riserva Aged 20 Years in 2021. There are 664 numbered bottles.

A rare and precious grappa made from selected marcs of white and red grape varieties of Friuli with a natural smoky note, which Benito distilled in the discontinuous copper steam still at the Nonino distilleries in Ronchi di Percoto. Afterwards, this grappa matured for 20 years in a small, former sherry cask no. 166, sealed and constantly monitored by customs and the monopoly agency, in the company's own maturation cellar since 2001.

Gold-orange in the glass. Full and intense on the nose with notes of cream, honey, fruit, hints of orange, chocolate and a fine, natural smoky note. Full-bodied and persistent on the palate with a composition of apricot, cream, dried fruits, spices and pepper as well as a fine, natural smoky note and hints of sherry.

The Cabernet grapes from the Collio Friulano were harvested in 1997. Afterwards, ÙE Cru Cabernet Friuli matured in the cellars of the Noninos. The result was 265 Liters this elegant distillate, which was bottled by hand in 378 spherical bottles. The closure is refined with 24k gold. The fill level can vary, as each bottle is unique. Despite the turmoil of the Second World War, the Berta family had managed to enable the last-born to study. When Paolo left university in 1947 with a diploma in viticultural engineering, he transferred his parents' business in Nizza Monferrato to the "Distilleria Berta di Berta Paolo".

Today, 75 years later, the Berta family is celebrating this anniversary with a terrific Riserva bottled exclusively in magnums in an edition of just 2,800 bottles. It is an exquisite assemblage from the vintages 1983 to 1994 of the legendary Riserva del Fondatore, nobly packaged in a cassette made of Italian root wood. SUPERIORE.DE

Nonino's great Grappa Picolit Gran Riserva matures sealed and supervised by the Italian customs and monopoly authority for 10 years in former Sauternes barriques in the distillery's maturation cellars.

Since 1984, the Noninos have been bringing their ÙE grape distillate Cru Monovitigno Picolit to market in a limited edition and a special decanter. An extremely exclusive product. Each decanter for "La Collezione 2008" - "L'Athanor Cosmic Fornace" was handcrafted. Five glass artists are involved in the production of a single bottle. The designer is Luca Cendali and the glass art manufacturer is none other than Venini in Murano. Using the so-called Balloton technique and silver leaf, a design object was created that symbolises the "Athanor", the philosophical furnace for the production of the philosopher's stone - or "The Cosmic Furnace", the cosmic furnace (guardian of the immortal flame). The precious decanter in three colour variations (amber, red and aquamarine) is delivered in a casket made of fine walnut wood.

The ÙE distillate from Picolit grapes of the 2007 harvest is already a visual sensation: crystal clear and of enchanting charm. The nose experiences pure elegance with the scent of wildflower honey, acacia flowers and notes of fine figs. On the palate, the olfactory impressions are confirmed, exquisite and persistent.
