A captivating Pinot Nero with a poetic expression of the Langhe terroir: strictly selected grapes from organically farmed vineyards are vinified with the utmost care. After manual harvesting and fermentation, the wine matures for 18 months in tonneaux, which give it structure without masking its freshness. The ageing process combines depth with elegant finesse – an art that Vajra has mastered for many years.

In the glass, it is a typical Pinot Nero light ruby red colour with lively reflections. The nose opens with fresh red berries, delicate rose petals and fine undergrowth, accompanied by salty herbs and fine minerality – everything in balance, without being overloaded, almost Burgundian. Silky, finely structured and aromatically dense on the palate. The lively acidity carries the fruit, while the delicate tannins create a slight tension.
