    An honest statement from Piedmont: This pure Nebbiolo comes from young vines (both Tortonese and Serravallese terroir) in higher altitudes around Barolo, Novello and Sinio. Following natural standards and traditional vinification, it reflects the purity of the variety in its purest form. The ageing in stainless steel with a minimal amount of neutral wood emphasises this pure fruit and the origin without any masking.

    Visually, it presents itself in a light garnet red colour, clear and full of energy. The nose is gently caressed by violets, rose petals, cranberries, raspberries and a subtle mineral undertone, followed by a fine spicy flavour. Lively, fresh and finely structured on the palate: velvety tannins, clear, tingling acidity and red fruit with plenty of flavour. For us, this is an almost perfect Langhe Nebbiolo that impresses with its lightness, aromatic clarity and drinkable finesse – stylish, charming and immediately accessible. SUPERIORE.DE
