The vines for this fresh Müller-Thurgau grow under Guyot cultivation on south/south-west facing hillsides at 500 to 800 metres above sea level, on soils consisting of clay as well as weathered porphyry. Rich yellow-green colour, intense aromas of fruit, flowers and light nuttiness. Bright yellow organic Vermentino with a small proportion of Grechetto. The idea came from Maurizio Castelli, who also advises the Barberani winery in Umbria. The nose has a bright aroma of apple, pear, flint and a certain exoticism.
