Fallwind wines are ambassadors for their terroir and reflect the strengths of the growing region in a unique way. Most are produced from selected vineyards where wine has been grown for centuries. Strict quality guidelines, low yields, intensive manual labour in the vineyard, and gentle, individual vinification in the cellar make them what they are: wines full of character, precise and unique, which will win over every connoisseur with their varietal characteristics.

The bouquet features distinctive aromas of pineapple, elderberry, gooseberry and honey. Stony limestone gravel soils and cool downdrafts at the foot of the Mendelstock give rise to this lively and expressive Sauvignon in the Lahn vineyards. With refreshing acidity, delicate minerality, a subtle hint of pepper and a marvellous smoothness. A distinctive white wine that delights. SUPERIORE.DE

"A pristine wine with vibrant aromas of lemons, asparagus, white pepper and struck matches. A silky texture balances crisp acidity and a light body." James Suckling
